**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption. 

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

***Ingredients should be consumed within two weeks of receiving them for peak freshness.

Rosemary Gimlet

rosemary / lime cordial

What you will need to build your Rosemary Gimlet

  • 2.0 oz Rosemary lime 
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)
  • Red solo cup (for measuring)
  • Ice for building your drink (not included)
  • 1.5 oz gin (not included)
  • Mini clothespin
  • Dehydrated lime wheel

How to build your Rosemary Gimlet

  1. Measure 2.0 oz of the rosemary lime cordial and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.5 oz gin (not included) and add to shaker jar
  3. Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  4. Replace the cover and screw on the lid to the shaker jar
  5. Shake for 1-12 seconds 
  6. Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this straight up, in a coupe style glass)
  7. Clip the dehydrated lime wheel using the mini clothespin on rim of glass

Rosewater Fizz

lemon / rosewater / sugar / egg whites

What you will need to build your Rosewater Fizz

  • 1.0 oz lemon juice
  • 1.0 oz rosewater simple
  • 0.5 oz egg white
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)
  • 1 can of soda (not included)
  • Red solo cup (for measuring)
  • Ice for building your drink (not included)
  • Dried roses for garnish

How to build your Rosewater Fizz

  1. Measure 1.0 oz. of lemon juice and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz of rosewater simple and add to the jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz. of egg white and add to the jar
  4. Measure 1.5 oz of gin (not included)
  5. Replace the cover to the jar and screw on the lid 
  6. Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for as long as your arms can handle (the more you shake the better the froth)
  7. Unscrew the lid and remove the cover from the jar
  8. Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  9. Shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
  10. Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this one on a little bit of ice in a tall glass if you have one)
  11. Once the drink has separated, open a can of soda (not included) and slowly add about 3-4 oz. you will see the foam rising to the top of the glass, try and get the foam so it is above the rim of the glass
  12. Garnish with 3 dried roses
