Happy Cocktail Day!

**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

The Beaches

What you need to build this drink:

  • Mini bottle of rum (or pouch marked 0% rum)
  • Pouch marked oj pineapple guava
  • Pouch marked falernum orgeat
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Mini solo cup
  • Shaker jar
  • Ice for building and serving
  • Lighter (not included)
  • Dehydrated orange
  • Sugar cube
  • Absinthe pipette (not included for mocktail)

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Empty the min bottle of rum (or pouch marked 0% rum) into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 2oz oj pineapple guava and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5oz falernum orgeat and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 0.5oz lime and add to the shaker jar
  5. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar and shake for 10-12 seconds
  6. Remove ring and use cover to strain cocktail into ice filled glassware of choice
  7. Rest orange on rim of glass and ice 
  8. Balance sugar cube on top on the orange 
  9. Empty absinthe pipette onto sugar cube and light on fire
  10. Sprinkle with cinnamon (for mocktail, sprinkle cinnamon on orange wheel)

Hyde Park

What you need to build this drink:

  • Mini bottle of whiskey (or pouch marked 0% whiskey)
  • Pouch marked maraschino cherry
  • Pouch marked burnabrea egg
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Mini solo cup
  • Shaker jar
  • Ice for building and serving
  • Soda
  • Mini pink blossom

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Empty the mini bottle of whiskey (or pouch marked 0% whiskey) into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1oz maraschino cherry and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5oz lime and add to the shaker jar 
  4. Measure 0.5 egg white and add to the shaker jar
  5. Dry-shake (no ice) all ingredients for 30-45 seconds (the longer you can shake the more foam you will get)
  6. Add ½ of ice to the shaker and shake for 8-10 seconds until cocktail is chilled 
  7. Remove ring and use cover to strain cocktail into ice filled glassware of choice (we recommend a tall collins style glass)
  8. Top with soda 
  9. Garnish by floating the pink blossom in the foam

Yorkville

What you need to build this drink:

  • Mini bottle of gin (or pouch marked %0 gin olive brine)
  • Pouch marked olive brine truffle vodka (or pouch marked %0 truffle vodka)
  • Mini solo cup
  • Mixing jar
  • Bar spoon
  • Ice for building
  • Truffled olive (for the mocktail, olive)

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Put glassware of choice into freezer while building your drink
  2. Empty mini bottle of gin (or pouched marked 0% gin olive brine) into mixing jar
  3. Empty pouch marked olive brine truffle vodka (or pouch marked 0% truffle vodka) into mixing jar
  4. Using the large flat end of the wooden bar spoon stir the cocktail for 20-30 seconds
  5. Using the mason jar cover strain the cocktail into chilled glass
  6. Garish by dropping truffled olive into glass 

Kensington

What you need to build this drink:

  • Mini bottle of vodka (0% pink gin)
  • Pouch marked spicy ginger mango vermouth (or pouch marked 0% Spicy ginger mango)
  • Soda
  • Mini solo cup
  • Ice for building and serving
  • Shaker jar
  • Mini clothespin
  • Dried chipotle pepper

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Empty mini bottle of vodka (0% pink gin) into mixing jar
  2. Measure 2oz spicy ginger mango vermouth (0% spicy ginger mango) and add to the shaker jar
  3. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar and shake for 10-12 seconds
  4. Remove ring and use cover to strain cocktail into ice filled glassware of choice and top with soda
  5. Garnish with dried chipotle pepper pinned to the glass
