*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

 

Truffle Caesar

***ALLERGY ALLERT*** THIS DRINK HAS FISH, AND GLUTEN

What you will need to build this drink

  • Mini bottle of Vodka
  • Mini can of tomato clam juice
  • Olive brine Worcestershire pouch
  • Truffle vodka pouch
  • Lime pouch
  • Horseradish 
  • Pickled mushroom
  • Chorizo 
  • Chanterelle celery salt
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Bamboo garnish skewer
  • 2 small kitchen plates (not included)
  • 0.5 oz water (not included)
  • Salt and pepper (not included)

How to build this drink

  1. Empty the contents of the package with the chanterelle celery salt on to one small kitchen plate
  2. Add 0.5 oz water to the other plate
  3. Dip the rim of the glass into the water on one plate, then into the rimmer on the other plate
  4. Fill glass with ice
  5. Add the horse radish to the top of the ice ( omit horseradish if you are sensitive to the spice) 
  6. Empty the mini bottle of vodka to the prepped glass
  7. Measure 1.0 oz (save 0.5 oz for a later step) from the pouch marked truffle vodka and add to the glass
  8. Measure .5 oz from the pouch marked Olive brine - Worcestershire and add to the glass
  9. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the glass
  10. Empty the can of tomato clam juice
  11. Give the drink a stir in the glass
  12. Season the top of the drink with salt and pepper to taste (not included)
  13. Measure the remaining 0.5 oz from the pouch marked truffle vodka and slowly add it to the top of the drink
  14. Garnish with the pickled mushrooms and chorizo slices 

 

 

 

Smoked Vanilla Chai Old Fashioned

Bourbon, vanilla, chai, bitters, sugar, smoke

 

  • Mini bottle of Whiskey
  • Vanilla-Chai pouch
  • Mixing jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Bar spoon (wooden skewer)
  • Wood chip 
  • 1 small plate (not provided)
  • Lighter or kitchen torch (not provided)
  • Splash of water (not provided)
  • Angostura bitter soaked cube 
  • Garnish with dried orange wheel

 

How to build your cocktail

  1. Add the sugar cube to the mixing jar, and add a splash of water to help soften it 
  2. Break up the cube using the thick end of the bar spoon 
  3. Add your mini bottle of Whiskey to the mixing jar 
  4. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked Vanilla-Chai, and add to the mixing jar
  5. Using a small plate and a lighter (not provided), in a well ventilated area, light your wood chip on fire.  Be patient with this step: you want to make sure the chip is burning well before you blow it out. 
  6. Blow out the wood chip and quickly place it on the plate.  Cover with a rocks style glass, smoking the glass while you build the drink 
  7. Add about a 1/2 cup of ice to the mixing jar 
  8. Place the thick end of the bar spoon into the mixing jar and stir the cocktail for 20-25 seconds  
  9. Add ice to smoked glass 
  10. Replace the cover of the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass 
  11. Garnish with orange wheel 

 

 

Mary Pickford

Rum, maraschino, pineapple, grenadine

 

For this cocktail, you will need the following:

 

  • Mini bottle of rum
  • 2.0 oz. pineapple-grenadine-maraschino 
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building your drink
  • Bamboo garnish skewer
  • Cherry

 

How to build the Mary Pickford



  1. Empty mini bottle of rum into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 2.0 oz. of pineapple-grenadine-maraschino and add it to the shaker jar 
  3. Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the jar
  4. Replace the cover  and screw on the lid to the shaker jar
  5. shake for 10-12 seconds
  6. Unscrew the lid and slide the cover enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this cocktail straight up in a coupe style glass)
  7. Garnish with cherry on a bamboo skewer

 

 

 

 

Sour Apple Martini

Vodka, sour apple, maraschino, lime

What you will need to build your cocktail

  • Vodka 1.5 oz, or mini bottle
  • Sour apple-Maraschino pouch
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building
  • Mini clothespin
  • Apple slice

 

How to build your cocktail

  1. Empty mini bottle, or measure 1.5 oz of vodka, and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 3.0 oz from the pouch marked Sour Apple-Maraschino, and add to the shaker jar
  3. Add 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  4. Replace the lid and cover to the shaker jar
  5. Shake the cocktail for 15 seconds
  6. Remove the lid, and slide the cover just enough too strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend this drink to be served straight up)
  7. Garnish with dehydrated apple clipped to glass with mini clothespin
