**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

***Ingredients should be consumed within two weeks of receiving them for peak freshness.

***Our pouches are are recyclable. 


Derby Downer

What you need for this cocktail

  • 1.5oz bourbon
  • Pouch marked blueberry maple lime lemonade
  • Pouch marked simple
  • Solo cup
  • Shaker jar
  • Ice for building and serving
  • Cornflower or rose petal garnish
  • 2 small plates (not included)

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Measure 1 oz (0.5 oz per drink) simple syrup and empty onto the first plate, empty cornflower petals onto the second plate
  2. Dip the rim (or side) of your glass into the simple syrup and then dip into the cornflowers or rose petals, set glass aside while building your drink
  3. Measure 1.5 oz bourbon and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 3oz blueberry maple lime lemonade add add to the shaker jar
  5. Add ½ cup of ice and shake for 10-12 seconds
  6. Remove the ring and use the cover to strain the cocktail into ice filled prepped glass.

Kentucky Sunset

What you need for your cocktail:

  • 1.5oz bourbon
  • Pouch marked bitter pineapple vanilla 
  • Pouch marked lemon
  • Shaker jar
  • Solo cup
  • Ice for building and serving (not included)
  • Dehydrated pineapple
  • Soda

How to build your drink:

  1. Measure 1.5oz bourbon and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 2oz bitter pineapple vanilla and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 lemon and add to the shaker jar
  4. Add ½ cup of ice to shaker and shake for 10-12 seconds 
  5. Remove ring and use cover to strain the cocktail into ice filled glassware of choice
  6. Top cocktail with soda
  7. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple

Smoking Mad

What you need for this cocktail:

  • 1.5oz bourbon
  • Pouch marked sour cherry madeira
  • Ice for building and serving (not included)
  • Mixing jar
  • Solo cup
  • Skewer
  • Amarena Cherry
  • Wood chip 
  • Plate (not included)
  • Lighter (not included)

How to build your drink:

  1. Measure 1.5oz bourbon and add to the mixing jar
  2. Measure 1oz sour cherry madeira and add to the mixing jar
  3. Using a small plate and a lighter (not provided), in a well ventilated area, light your wood chip on fire.  Be patient with this step: you want to make sure the chip is burning well before you blow it out. 
  4. Blow out the wood chip and quickly place it on the plate.  Cover with a rocks style glass, smoking the glass while you build the drink
  5. Add about ½ cup of ice to the mixing jar
  6. Using the fat end of the bar spoon (wooden skewer) stir the cocktail for 20 seconds
  7. Replace the cover back to jar leaving just enough space to strain the cocktail into an ice filled glass (king cube)
  8. Garnish with an amarena cherry on a garnish skewer

New York Sour

What you need to build this cocktail:

  • 1.5oz bourbon
  • Pouch marked Lemon
  • Pouch marked Simple
  • Pouch marked with egg
  • Pouch marked Red Wine
  • Ice for building and serving
  • Dehydrated Lemon

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Measure 1.5oz bourbon and add to jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked lemon, and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked simple, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked with an egg, and add to the shaker jar 
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar 
  6. Dry-shake (no ice) all ingredients for 30-40 seconds
  7. remove the lid and cover from the jar
  8. Add a small amount of ice to the shaker jar
  9. Replace the lid and cover back onto the jar
  10. Shake for an additional 5-8 seconds, until chilled
  11. Remove the ring from the shaker jar, and slide the cover off the opening just enough to strain the cocktail into the ice-filled glass 
  12. Slowly pour red wine over the back of a spoon in to your cocktail 
  13. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel in the foam
