Bubbly Box Instructions

**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 1-2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

 

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

This kit is designed to build a total of 8 drinks, 2 of each of following offerings.

Brandy, cherry, peychaud, bubbles 


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Bottle of bubbly
  • Pouch marked Brandy-Cherry-Simple
  • Peychaud bitter sugar cube
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Chocolate dipped maraschino cherry
  • Bamboo garnish skewer

How to build this cocktail


  1. Add the Peychaud bitter sugar cube to your glassware of choice
  2. Measure 1.0 oz from the Brandy-Cherry-Simple pouch, and add to the glass over the sugar cube
  3. Slowly pour 4.5 oz of bubbly into the glass
  4. Carefully poke the garnish skewer down through the chocolate dipped maraschino cherry, and slide it up to the knot of the skewer (this step is easier if you temper the chocolate cherry for an hour)
  5. Rest the cherry on the side of the glass, the bamboo skewer will help to balance it on the rim 


About Last Night

Gin, haskap, lime, egg whites, bubbles 


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Bottle of bubbles
  • Mini bottle of gin
  • Pouch marked Haskap Shrub
  • Pouch marked egg whites
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building (Not included)
  • Bag of gold sugar

How to build this cocktail


  1. Empty your mini bottle of gin to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 0.7 oz from the pouch marked Haskap Shrub (To get 0.7 oz - measure 0.5 oz first, then fill to the line at the very bottom of the red solo cup, basically just enough to cover the bottom of the red solo cup), and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg white, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for 30-40 seconds as hard as you can
  6.  Remove the ring and cover and add about ¼ cup of ice
  7. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
  8. Remove the ring, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your glassware of choice
  9. Top up up your cocktail with 2.0 oz of bubbly
  10. Garnish by sprinkling the gold dust to the froth of the cocktail.



Stay Classy

Spiced rum, coconut, grapefruit, orgeat, tonic, bubbles 


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Bottle of bubbly
  • Mini bottle of Spiced Rum
  • Pouch marked coconut-grapefruit
  • Pouch marked Tonic-Orgeat (CONTAINS NUTS)
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Ice for building
  • Coconut 
  • Grapefruit
  • 2 small plates (not included)
  • Water (not included) 

How to build this cocktail


  1. Using 2 small plates, add 0.5 oz water to the first, then the dried coconut to the second
  2. Dip the rim of your glass into the water on the first plate, then into the coconut on the second plate
  3. Set prepped glass aside while you build the rest of the cocktail
  4. Empty your mini bottle of Spiced Rum to your shaker jar
  5. Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked coconut-grapefruit, and add to the shaker jar
  6. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked tonic-orgeat (CONTAINS NUTS), and add to the shaker jar
  7. Add about ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  8. Replace the ring and cover to the the shaker jar
  9. Shake the cocktail for 12-15 seconds
  10. Remove the ring from the jar, and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into the prepared glass
  11. Top up the cocktail with 2.0 oz of the bubbly
  12. Garnish with the grapefruit segment as you see fit



One Last Dance

Agave, maraschino, pineapple, lime, honey, bubbles 


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Bottle of bubbly
  • Pouch marked agave-maraschino
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Pouch marked pineapple
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Ice for building
  • Mini spoon
  • Yuzu pearls

How you build this cocktail


  1. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked agave-maraschino, and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 0.5 oz from the lime pouch, and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked pineapple, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Add about ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shaker for 12-15 seconds
  6. Remove the ring from the shaker and, and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into your glass
  7. Top with 2.0 oz of bubbly
  8. Garnish by scooping the yuzu pearls onto the spoon, then lay the spoon across the top of the glass
