Daiquiri Instructions

**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

 

Classic Daiquiri

dark rum / lime / demerara

What you need to build this cocktail:

  • Dark rum
  • Pouch marked lime 
  • Pouch marked demerara
  • Ice for building 
  • Dehydrated lime 
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)

 

How to build this cocktail: 

  1. Measure 1.0 oz lime and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz demerara and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.5 oz dark rum or empty mini rum bottle into shaker jar
  4. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  5. Shake for 15-20 seconds
  6. Remove ring from shaker and use cover to strain cocktail into glassware of choice
  7. Garnish by floating the dehydrated lime in cocktail

 

Hemingway Daiquiri

dark rum / lime / demerara / grapefruit / maraschino liqueur

What you need to build this cocktail:

  • Dark rum
  • Pouch marked lime 
  • Pouch marked demerara 
  • Pouch marked grapefruit maraschino
  • Ice for building
  • Dehydrated grapefruit
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)

 

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Measure 1.0 oz lime and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 0.5 oz demerara and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.5 oz grapefruit maraschino and add to shaker jar
  4. Measure 1.5 oz dark rum or empty mini rum bottle into shaker jar
  5. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  6. Shake for 15-20 seconds
  7. Remove ring from shaker and use cover to strain cocktail into glassware of choice
  8. Garnish by placing grapefruit on rim of glass

 

Guava Daiquiri

dark rum / lime / demerara / guava 

 

What you need to build this cocktail:

  • Dark rum
  • Pouch marked lime 
  • Pouch marked demerara 
  • Pouch marked guava
  • Ice for building and serving 
  • Clean kitchen towel (not included)
  • Small pot (not included)
  • Paper umbrella 
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Lay a clean kitchen towel out on your bar, or kitchen counter
  2. Add about 2 full cups of ice cubes on to the towel
  3. Create a small pouch, by grabbing all four corners of the towel, and twisting your pouch closed 
  4. Using a small pot or meat tenderizer, gently crush the ice in the kitchen towel
  5. Pack the crushed ice into your glass of choice (we recommend a rocks glass, or collins glass)
  6. Measure 0.5 oz lime and add to the shaker jar
  7. Measure 1.5 oz demerara and add to the shaker jar
  8. Measure 1.5 oz guava and add to shaker jar
  9. Measure 1.5 oz dark rum or empty mini rum bottle into shaker jar
  10. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  11. Shake for 15-20 seconds
  12. Remove ring from shaker and use cover to strain cocktail into glassware of choice
  13. Garnish with paper umbrella



Mango Daiquiri

dark rum / lime / mango

What you need to build this cocktail:

  • Dark rum
  • Pouch marked lime 
  • Pouch marked mango
  • Ice for building
  • Dehydrated mango 
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Measure 1.0 oz lime and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz mango and add to shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.5 oz dark rum or empty mini rum bottle into shaker jar
  4. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  5. Shake for 15-20 seconds
  6. Remove ring from shaker and use cover to strain cocktail into glassware of choice
  7. Garnish with dehydrated mango on glass or in your cocktail
