Deloitte Cocktail & Mocktail Instructions
**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**
Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.
*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure. The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz. The cup full is 2 oz. Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.
** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available. Please cut above the reseal line. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.
****. For mocktail option just omit alcohol from recipe
Guava Daiquiri
Spiced rum, guava, demerara, lime
What you will need to build this cocktail
- Spiced Rum 1.5 oz, or mini bottle
- Guava pouch
- Demerara pouch
- Lime pouch
- Shaker jar
- Ice for building
- Red solo cup measure
- Mini clothespin
- Lime wheel
How to build this cocktail
- Empty mini bottle of Spiced rum, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Guava and add to the jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Demerara and add to the jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime
- Add about ¼ cup of ice to the jar
- Screw the lid and cover on to the shaker jar
- Shake the cocktail for about 15 seconds
- Unscrew the lid and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into your glass ware of choice (we recommend serving this drink straight up)
- Garnish with a lime wheel clipped to the rim of the glass using the mini clothespin
Rosemary Gimlet
Gin, rosemary lime cordial
What you will need to build your Rosemary Gimlet
- Container marked Rosemary lime
- Can of Soda (for mocktail)
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building your drink
- Mini clothespin
- Sprig of rosemary for garnish
How to build your Rosemary Gimlet
- Empty your rosemary lime (2oz) container into the shaker jar
- Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the cover and screw on the lid to the shaker jar
- Shake for 1-12 seconds
- Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the mocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this straight up, in a coupe style glass)
- For mocktail, top with soda.
- Clip the rosemary sprig to the side of the glass using the mini clothespin
Gin Fizz (Rosewater Fizz - Mocktail)
Gin, lemon, sugar, egg whites
What you will need to build your Gin Fizz
- Mini bottle of Gin
- 1.0 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1.0 oz simple syrup (1.0oz Rosewater Simple - Mocktail)
- 0.5 oz egg white
- Shaker jar
- 1 can of soda
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building your drink
- Dried roses for garnish
How to build your Gin Fizz
- Empty mini bottle of gin into the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz. of lemon juice and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz of simple syrup (Rosewater Simple - Mocktail) and add to the jar
- Measure 0.5 oz. of egg white and add to the jar
- Replace the cover to the jar and screw on the lid
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for as long as your arms can handle (the more you shake the better the froth)
- Unscrew the lid and remove the cover from the jar
- Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
- Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this one on a little bit of ice in a tall glass if you have one)
- Once the drink has separated, open a can of soda and slowly add about 3-4 oz. you will see the foam rising to the top of the glass, try and get the foam so it is above the rim of the glass
- Garnish with 3 dried roses
