Happy Cocktail Day!

**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

***Ingredients should be consumed within two weeks of receiving them for peak freshness.

***Our pouches are are recyclable. 

 

Gin 2023 Instructions

 

Dirty Martini

Olive oil, rosemary & thyme infused gin / olive brine / dry vermouth


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Red solo cup
  • Mixing jar
  • Bar spoon (wooden skewer)
  • 1.5 oz of gin
  • Pouch marked Olive Oil Rosemary & Thyme Gin
  • Pouch marked Olive Brine Vermouth
  • Garnish Skewer
  • Olive
  • Ice for building

How to build this cocktail


  1. Measure 1.5 oz of gin and add to the mixing jar
  2. Measure 1.0 from the pouch marked Olive Oil Rosemary & Thyme Gin and add it to the mixing jar
  3. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked Olive Brine Vermouth and add to the mixing jar
  4. Add about ½ cup of ice to the mixing jar
  5. Place the fat end of the bar spoon into the mixing jar to the bottom, and trace the inside of the mixing jar opening stirring the cocktail for 20-25 seconds
  6. Replace the cover to the mixing jar leaving enough of an opening to strain the cocktail into your glass
  7. Garnish with the olive on a garnish skewer


Botanicals & Citrus

Gin / maraschino liqueur / honey / yuzu / lemon / hibiscus

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Red solo cup
  • Shaker jar
  • 1.5 oz of gin
  • Pouch marked Honey Yuzu Hibiscus Maraschino
  • Pouch marked lemon
  • Garnish skewer
  • Hibiscus flower
  • Ice for building

How to build this cocktail

  1. Measure 1.5 oz of gin, and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked Honey Yuzu Hibiscus Maraschino and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lemon, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Add about ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shake the cocktail for 10-12 seconds
  6. Remove the ring, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your glass
  7. Garnish with the hibiscus flower on a garnish skewer

Blackberry Fizz

Gin / blackberry/ creme de menthe/ lemon / egg white / bubbles

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Red solo cup
  • Shaker jar
  • 1.5 oz of gin
  • Pouch marked Blackberry Mint
  • Pouch marked with an egg
  • Pouch marked lemon
  • Can of soda
  • Dried blackberries
  • straw
  • Ice for building 

How to build this cocktail

  1. Measure 1.5 oz of gin and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Blackberry Mint and add it to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked with an egg and add it to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Lemon and add it to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar and dry shake (no ice) for 20 - 25 seconds as hard as you can
  6. Remove the ring and cover and add about ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  7. Replace the ring and cover and shake the cocktail for 10-12 seconds 
  8. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the shaker jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your glass 
  9. Let the cocktail settle for about a minute, then add about 2 oz of soda to the glass
  10. Garnish with the dried blackberries and a straw




Brunch Negroni

Gin / cocoa & espresso infused Italian bitters / sweet vermouth

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Red solo cup
  • Mixing jar
  • Bar spoon
  • 1.5 oz of gin
  • Pouch marked Cocoa Espresso Bitters / Sweet Vermouth
  • Chocolate dipped orange
  • Ice for building and serving

How to build this cocktail

  1. Measure 1.5 oz of gin and add to the mixing jar
  2. Measure 2.0 oz from the pouch marked Cocoa Espresso Bitters / Sweet Vermouth and add it to the mixing jar
  3. Add about ½ cup of Ice to the mixing jar
  4. Place the fat end of the bar spoon into the mixing jar to the bottom, and trace the inside of the mixing jar opening stirring the cocktail for 20-25 seconds
  5. Replace the cover to the mixing jar leaving enough of an opening to strain the cocktail into your ice filled glass
  6. Garnish by resting the chocolate dipped orange on the rim of the glass
