GIN FALL/WINTER COCKTAIL KIT INSTRUCTIONS
**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**
Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.
*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure. The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz. The cup full is 2 oz. Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.
** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available. Please cut above the reseal line. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.
BREATH OF FRESH AIR
gin / lime / anise / vermouth / white cranberry
What you will need to build your cocktail
- Gin
- White Cran Vermouth Anise
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- 2 small plates (not provided)
- Water (not provided)
- Ice for building your drink (not provided)
- Cranberry Anise powder
How to build your cocktail
- Using 2 small plates, add about ½ oz of water to the first, and Cranberry Anise powder to the second
- Dip the side of the glass into the water on the first plate, then the powder on the second. Set glass aside while you build the drink
- Measure 1.5 oz of Gin into the shaker jar
- Measure 3.0 oz White Cran Vermouth Anise and add to the shaker jar
- Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the cover and screw on the ring to the shaker jar
- Shake for 10-12 seconds
- Remove the ring from the jar, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this drink straight up)
SPICED POMEGRANATE SOUR
gin / pomegranate / cardamom / clove / grenadine / lemon / egg
What you will need to build your cocktail
- Gin
- Spiced Pomegranate
- Lemon
- Egg
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building your drink (not provided)
- Cardamom Pods
How to build your cocktail
- Measure 1.5 oz of Gin into the shaker jar
- Measure 2.5 oz of the Spiced Pomegranate and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz of Lemon and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz of Egg and add to the shaker jar
- Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients as hard as you can for 20 seconds
- Remove the ring and cover, and add ¼ cup of ice
- Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
- Shake for additional 8-10 seconds
- Remove the ring and slide the cover just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this drink straight up)
- Garnish with Cardamom pods
SAGE ADVICE

- Gin
- Apple Cider Sage
- Lemon
- Apricot jam
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building and serving your drink (not provided)
- Apple ring
How to build your cocktail
- Measure 1.5 oz of Gin into the shaker jar
- Measure 2.5 oz of the Apple Cider Sage and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz of Lemon and add to the shaker jar
- Measure ½ teaspoon of Apricot jam and add to the shaker jar
- Add 1/4 cup of ice to shaker jar
- Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
- Shake for 15-20 seconds
- Remove the ring and slide the cover just enough to strain the cocktail over ice into glassware of choice
- Garnish with apple ring
BIG FIG ENERGY
gin / chai / ginger / fig / lemon
What you will need to build your cocktail
- Gin
- Chai Ginger Fig
- Lemon
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building your drink (not provided)
- Dehydrated fig or candied ginger
- Skewer
How to build your cocktail
- Measure 1.5 oz of Gin into the shaker jar
- Measure 4.5 oz of the Chai Ginger Fig or (2.5 Fig sugar and 2oz chai ginger) and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz of Lemon and add to the shaker jar
- Replace the cover and screw on the ring to the shaker jar
- Shake for 10-12 seconds
- Remove the ring from the jar, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this drink straight up)
- Garnish with dehydrated fig or candied ginger on skewer
