*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

Gin Fizz

Gin, lemon, sugar, egg whites

What you will need to build your Gin Fizz

  • Mini bottle of Gin or pouch of non - alcoholic gin 
  • 1.0 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1.0 oz simple syrup 
  • 0.5 oz egg white
  • Shaker jar
  • 1 can of soda
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building your drink
  • Dried roses for garnish

How to build your Gin Fizz

  1. Empty mini bottle of gin or pouch of non- alcoholic into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz. of lemon juice and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.0 oz of simple syrup and add to the jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz. of egg white and add to the jar
  5. Replace the cover to the jar and screw on the lid 
  6. Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for as long as your arms can handle (the more you shake the better the froth)
  7. Unscrew the lid and remove the cover from the jar
  8. Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  9. Shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
  10. Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this one on a little bit of ice in a tall glass if you have one)
  11. Once the drink has separated, open a can of soda and slowly add about 3-4 oz. you will see the foam rising to the top of the glass, try and get the foam so it is above the rim of the glass
  12. Garnish with 3 dried roses

Smoked Manhattan

Rye, vermouth, bitters, cherry, smoke

 

What you will need to build your Smoked Manhattan

 

  • Mini bottle of Whiskey or pouch of non- alcoholic whiskey 
  • 1.0 oz of vermouth syrup
  • 1 wood chip
  • Mixing jar
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Bar spoon (wooden skewer)
  • Ice to build your drink
  • 1 king cube for
  • Bamboo garnish skewer
  • Cherry
  • Lighter or kitchen torch (not included)
  • 1 small plate (not included)

 

How to build your Smoked Manhattan

 

  1. ***Best to perform this step under the hood fan in your kitchen. Using a small plate from your kitchen, a lighter or kitchen torch, light the wood chip on fire. Let it burn for as longs as you can before blowing out the flame and placing it on the plate. Cover the chip with glassware of choice, trapping the smoke in the glass.
  2. Empty the mini bottle of whiskey or pouch of non- alcoholic whiskey and add to the mixing jar
  3. Measure 1.0 oz. of vermouth syrup and add to the mixing jar
  4. Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the mixing glass
  5. Using your bar spoon, place the thick end to the bottom of the mixing glass
  6. Trace the inside of the opening of the mixing jar stirring the cocktail for 10-15 seconds
  7. Place the cover on the top of the jar leaving an opening enough to strain the cocktail into your glassware of choice (this beverage can be served on the rocks, over king cube, or straight up)
  8. Garnish with cherry on garnish skewer
