Mix and Match - Gin Instructions

**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

**We recommend opening the packages using scissors. Please cut above the reseal line. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

Aviation

Gin, creme de violet, maraschino, lemon


What you will need to  build this cocktail


  • Bottle of gin
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Pouch marked Creme Violette - Maraschino
  • Pouch marked Lemon
  • Ice for building
  • Amarena cherry
  • Garnish skewer

How to  build this cocktail


  1. Measure 1.5 oz fromm your bottle of gin, and add it to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch  marked Creme Violette - Maraschino, and add it to the  shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz  from the  pouch marked lemon, and add it to the shaker jar
  4. Add about 1 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shake this cocktail for about 20-30 seconds
  6. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the shaker jar just enough to strain the cocktail into a coupe style glass 
  7. Garnish with the  amarena cherry on a garnish skewer

Clover Club

Gin, raspberry, lemon, egg white


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Bottle of gin
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Pouch marked Raspberry
  • Pouch  marked Lemon
  • Pouch marked Egg White
  • Portion of raspberry dust
  • Ice for building

How to build this cocktail


  1. Measure 1.5 oz from your bottle of gin, and add it to the  shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz from  the pouch marked raspberry, and add it to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz form the pouch marked egg white, and add it to the shaker jar
  4. Replace  the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and  dry shake (no ice) the cocktail for as long as your arms can handle.  The longer and harder you shake, the  better the foam on your drink will be
  5. Remove the ring and cover from the shaker jar, and add about 1 cup of ice
  6. Replace the ring and cover to the jar, and shake for an additional 20 seconds
  7. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into a coupe style glass
  8. Garnish the cocktail with the raspberry dust in the foam
