Mix & Match - Whiskey Instructions

**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

**We recommend opening the packages using scissors. Please cut above the reseal line. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

Millionaire #2

Whiskey, orange, Pernod, house made grenadine, lemon, egg white, nutmeg


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Bottle of Whiskey
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Pouch marked Egg White
  • Pouch  marked Orange - Pernod - House Grenadine
  • Pouch marked Lemon
  • Portion of nutmeg
  • Ice for building

How to build this cocktail


  1. Measure 1.5 oz from you bottle of whiskey, and add it to your shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch  marked Orange - Pernod - House Grenadine, and add it to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lemon, and add it to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg white, and add it to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring  and cover to the shaker jar and dry shake (no ice) all ingredients as hard as you can, for as long as you can (the better the shake, the better the foam will be)
  6. Remove the ring and cover from the jar, and add about a cup of ice to the shaker jar
  7. Shake the cocktail for an additional 20 seconds, remove the ring and slide the cove off the jar just enough to  strain the  cocktail into a coupe style glass
  8. Gently sprinkle the nutmeg over the foam to garnish (be patient with  this step, as you do not big clumps of nutmeg is your drink, gently sprinkle the spice best you can, less is more for this garnish)


Vieux Carre

Whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, benedictine, Peychaud & Angostura bitters

 

What you will need to build this cocktail

 

  • Bottle of Whiskey
  • Mixing jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Bar Spoon (chopstick)
  • Pouch marked Brandy - Vermouth - Benedictine - Bitters
  • Ice for building
  • Ice for  serving (king cube recommended)
  • Lemon zest

 

How to build this cocktail

 

  1. Measure 1.5 oz from your bottle of whiskey, and add it to your  mixing jar
  2. Measure 2.0 oz from the pouch marked Brandy - Vermouth - Benedictine - Bitters, and add it to the mixing jar
  3. Using the bar spoon stir the cocktail for 20-25 seconds
  4. Replace the cover to the mixing jar leaving enough room to strain the cocktail over ice
  5. Express the oils from the lemon zest and wipe the rim of the glass with the yellow side of the zest
  6. Drop the lemon zest into the cocktail and enjoy
