Mixer Instructions
**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**
Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.
*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure. The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz. The cup full is 2 oz. Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.
** We recommend opening the packages using scissors. Please cut above the reseal line. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.
Gin
Thyme Salty Dog
Gin, grapefruit, thyme, salt
For this cocktail, you will need the following:
- Mini Gin Bottle
- 3.0 oz from your thyme Grapefruit container
- Bag of Salt for rim
- Ice for building the cocktail
- Ice for serving your cocktail
- Candied Grapefruit piece
- Red Solo Cup
- Two small Plates (not provided)
- 0.5 oz of water (not provided)
How to build this cocktail
- Using 2 small plates from your kitchen, add 0.5oz water to one, then empty the bag of salt to the other
- Dip glassware of choice into the water on first plate, then into the salt on the second plate
- Fill rimmed glass with ice and set aside while you build your cocktail
- Add mini Gin bottle to the shaker jar
- Add thyme Grapefruit container to the shaker jar
- Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the cover and screw the lid back onto the shaker jar
- Shake the cocktail for 10-12 seconds
- Unscrew the lid and slide the cover just enough to strain the cocktail into ice-filled salt-rimmed glass
- Garnish by placing the candied grapefruit on glass
Dirty Gin Martini
Gin, vermouth, olive brine, olives
What you will need to build your Dirty Gin Martini
- Mini bottle of Gin
- 1.0 oz. Vermouth olive brine container
- Bamboo garnish skewer
- Bar spoon (large wooden skewer)
- Mixing jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building drink
- King cube (optional for this drink)
- Olives for Garnish
How to build your Dirty Gin Martini
- Fill your glassware of choice with ice and set aside
- Add mini bottle of Gin to mixing glass
- Measure 1.0 oz. of the vermouth olive brine and add to the mixing jar
- Add ice from glassware to the mixing jar
- Using your bar spoon place the thicker end at the bottom of the mixing jar and trace the inside of the jar opening stirring the drink 10-15 seconds
- Replace the cover onto the opening of the jar leaving enough space to strain the ice from the cocktail, into glassware of choice
- Serve straight up or with the king cube provided
- Garnish with three queen stuffed olives on bamboo garnish skewer
Rosemary Gimlet
Gin, rosemary, lime cordial
What you will need to build your Rosemary Gimlet
- Mini bottle of Gin
- 2.0 oz. Rosemary lime cordial
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building your drink
- Mini clothespin
- Sprig of rosemary for garnish or lime wheel
How to build your Rosemary Gimlet
- Empty the mini bottle of gin to the shaker jar
- Measure 2.0 oz of the rosemary lime cordial and add to the shaker jar
- Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the cover and screw on the lid to the shaker jar
- Shake for 1-12 seconds
- Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this straight up, in a coupe style glass)
- Clip the rosemary sprig to the side of the glass using the mini clothespin or place lime wheel on rim of glass
Gin Fizz
Gin, lemon, sugar, egg whites
What you will need to build your Gin Fizz
- Mini bottle of Gin
- 1.0 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1.0 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz egg white
- Shaker jar
- 1 can of soda
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building your drink
- Dried roses for garnish
How to build your Gin Fizz
- Empty mini bottle of gin into the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz. of lemon juice and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz of simple syrup and add to the jar
- Measure 0.5 oz. of egg white and add to the jar
- Replace the cover to the jar and screw on the lid
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for as long as your arms can handle (the more you shake the better the froth)
- Unscrew the lid and remove the cover from the jar
- Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
- Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this one on a little bit of ice in a tall glass if you have one)
- Once the drink has separated, open a can of soda and slowly add about 3-4 oz. you will see the foam rising to the top of the glass, try and get the foam so it is above the rim of the glass
- Garnish with 3 dried roses
Dark Night, Full Moon
Gin, lychee. elderflower, activated charcoal
What you need to build this drink:
- 1.5 oz bottle of Gin
- Pouch marked Elderflower Lychee Charcoal
- Pouch marked Lemon
- Shaker jar
- Solo cup
- Ice for building
- Skewer
- Lychee
How to build this drink:
- Empty mini bottle of gin into the shaker jar
- Measure 1.5oz of elderflower lychee charcoal and pour into the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5oz lemon and add to the shaker jar
- Add ¼ cup of ice to the jar and shake for 10-12 seconds or until chilled
- Garnish by skewering the lychee and resting on the rim of glass
Flowering Peach
What you need to build this drink:
- Shaker jar (mason jar)
- Solo cup
- Ice for building your drink
- Mini bottle of gin
- Pouch marked lemon
- Pouch marked peach grenadine vermouth
- Pouch marked burnbrae (egg white)
- Skewer
- Maraschino Cherry
How to build this cocktail:
- Empty mini bottle of gin into shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz lemon, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz egg, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz peach grenadine vermouth to the shaker jar
- Replace lid to the jar
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for as long as your arms can handle (the more you shake the better the froth)
- Remove the lid from the jar, and add about 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Shake for an additional 8-10 seconds

- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lemon, and add to the shaker jar

- Dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds as hard as you can
- Remove the ring and cover from the shaker jar
- Add about ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover to the shaker jar, and shake the cocktail for 10-15 seconds
- Remove the ring and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into ice filled glassware of choice
- Garnish by floating rose petals in the foam in a straight line across the top
Ch Ch Cherry-Bomb
Vodka, rosemary maraschino shrub, white cranberry, redbull
What you need to build this drink:
- 1.5oz bottle of vodka
- Pouch marked White Cranberry Rosemary Maraschino
- Red Bull
- Shaker jar
- Ice for building and serving
- Solo cup
- Shaker jar
- Candy leaf
How to build this drink:
- Empty mini bottle of vodka into shaker jar
- Measure 2.5oz of white cranberry rosemary maraschino and add to the shaker jar
- Add ¼ cup of ice to the jar and shake for 10-12 seconds
- Remove the ring and use cover to strain into ice filled glassware of choice
- Top with redbull and garnish with candy leaf

How to build your Brown Sugar Cinnamon Espresso Martini
- Empty your mini bottle of vodka into your shaker jar
Measure 3.5 oz of the Brown-Sugar-Espresso and add it to the shaker jar
Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the shaker jar
Replace the cover and screw the lid onto the jar
Shake for 10-12 seconds
Unscrew the lid and slide the cover off enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this drink straight up in a coupe style glass)
Garnish with vanilla wafer cookie on rim
Rum
Sailor's Delight
Rum, Pineapple, Lime ginger, bubbles
What you will need to build your Pineapple Dark & Stormy
Container marked ginger lime
Container marked pineapple sugar
Your can of soda

- Pineapple Leaf or (candied pineapple with skewer)
How to build your Sailor's Delight
- Add the contents from the mini bottle of rum to your shaker jar
Measure 2.0 oz from your container marked pineapple, and add to the shaker jar
Measure 1.5 oz from your container marked lime ginger, and add to the shaker jar
Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the mixing jar
Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
Shake cocktail for 5-8 seconds (you do not want to dilute this drink too much)
Remove the ring and slide the cover enough to strain the cocktail into ice filled glass
Top with cocktail with a bit of soda from your can
Garnish by standing the pineapple leaf (or putting candied pineapple on skewer and resting on glass) in the drink
Guava Daiquiri

What you will need to build this cocktail
- Rum 1.5 oz, or mini bottle
- Guava pouch
- Demerara pouch

How to build this cocktail
- Empty mini bottle of rum, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Guava and add to the jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Demerara and add to the jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime
- Add about ¼ cup of ice to the jar
- Screw the lid and cover on to the shaker jar
- Shake the cocktail for about 15 seconds
- Unscrew the lid and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into your glass ware of choice (we recommend serving this drink straight up)
- Garnish with a lime wheel clipped to the rim of the glass using the mini clothespin
Dark and Stormy

What you will need to build your Dark & Stormy
- Mini bottle of Rum
- 2.5 oz. of ginger syrup
- 1 can of soda
- Shaker jar
- Red solo-cup measure
- Ice to build your drink
- Ice to serve your drink
- 1 bamboo garnish skewer
- Crystallized ginger pieces
How to build your Dark and Stormy
- Empty mini bottle of rum into the mixing jar
- Measure 2.5 oz. of ginger-lime syrup and add it to the mixing jar
- Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the mixing jar
- Replace the cover and screw on the lid to the shaker jar
- Shake cocktail for 5-8 seconds (you do not want to dilute this drink too much)
- Unscrew the lid and slide the cover enough to strain the cocktail into ice filled glass
- Top with soda
- Garnish with crystallized ginger on a bamboo garnish skewer
Pina Colada
rum, pineapple, coconut, lime
What you need to build this drink:
- 1.5oz bottle of rum
- Pouch marked pineapple coconut
- Pouch marked lime
- Ice for building and serving
- Solo cup
- Shaker jar
- Straw
- Cranberry anise powder
How to build this cocktail:
- Crush your ice in a tea towel with a heavy pan then fill glassware of choice with crushed ice, packed over the brim and set aside
- Empty mini bottle of rum into shaker jar
- Measure 3.0oz from the pouch marked pineapple coconut and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5oz from the pouch marked lime and add to shaker jar
- Add ¼ cup of ice to the jar and shake for 8-12 seconds
- Using the cover strain into ice filled glass
- Garnish by sprinkling the cranberry anise powder over top of ice and adding the straw to your drink
Whiskey
Whiskey Sour
Whiskey, lemon, sugar, egg white
What you will need to build your Whiskey Sour
- 1 mini bottle of Whiskey
- 1.0 oz. lemon juice
- 1.0 oz. simple syrup
- 0.5 oz egg whites
- 1 Small bag of sugar
- Ice
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Dried lemon wheel
- Two small plates (not included in the kit)
How to build your Whiskey Sour
- Using the two small plates, empty the contents from one of the small sugar bags onto one.
- Add about 0.5 oz. of water onto the second small plate
- Dip your glassware of choice into the plate with the water
- Roll the rim of the glass into sugar on the second plate
- Fill sugar rimmed glass with ice and set aside
- Empty mini whiskey bottle to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz. of lemon juice and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz. of simple syrup and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz. of egg whites and add to the shaker jar
- Screw on the lid and the cover to the jar
- Dry-shake (no ice) all ingredients for 30-40 seconds
- Unscrew the lid and remove the cover from the jar
- Add a small amount of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover back onto the jar
- Shake for an additional 5-8 seconds
- Unscrew the lid from the shaker jar and slide the cover off the opening just enough to strain the cocktail into the ice-filled, sugar-rimmed glass you have already prepared
- Garnish with dried lemon wheel
Smoked Vanilla Chai Old Fashioned
Whiskey, vanilla, chai, bitters, sugar, smoke
- Whiskey 1.5 oz
- Vanilla-Chai pouch
- Mixing jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Bar spoon (wooden skewer)
- Wood chip
- 1 small plate (not provided)
- Lighter or kitchen torch (not provided)
- Splash of water (not provided)
- Angostura bitter soaked cube
- Garnish with dried orange wheel
How to build your cocktail
- Add the sugar cube to the mixing jar, and add a splash of water to help soften it
- Break up the cube using the thick end of the bar spoon
- Measure 1.5 oz of whiskey and add to the mixing jar
- Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked Vanilla-Chai, and add to the mixing jar
- Using a small plate and a lighter (not provided), in a well ventilated area, light your wood chip on fire. Be patient with this step: you want to make sure the chip is burning well before you blow it out.
- Blow out the wood chip and quickly place it on the plate. Cover with a rocks style glass, smoking the glass while you build the drink
- Add about a 1/2 cup of ice to the mixing jar
- Place the thick end of the bar spoon into the mixing jar and stir the cocktail for 20-25 seconds
- Add ice to smoked glass
- Replace the cover of the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass
- Garnish with orange wheel
Winged Peach
What you will need to build this drink
- Mini bottle of whiskey
- Peach edition Red Bull
- Pouch marked Cinnamon-Lemon
- Pouch marked Italian Bitters-Maraschino
- Pouch marked Egg White
- Shaker Jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Bag with peach hearts
- Garnish skewer
- Ice for building
How to build this drink
- Add contents from your mini whiskey bottle to your shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Cinnamon Lemon and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Maraschino Bitters and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg white and add to the shaker jar
- Screw the ring and cover onto the shaker jar tightly
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for 60 seconds as hard as you can
- Remove the ring and cover from the jar
- Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the jar and replace the ring and cover to the jar
- Shake the drink for 8-10 seconds
- Remove the ring from the jar, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the drink into glassware of choice, we recommend a tall glass for this drink.
- Slowly pour 3.0 oz of Peach Edition Red Bull to the drink.
- Garnish with 2 peach hearts on a garnish skewer
Smoked Manhattan
Rye, vermouth, bitters, cherry, smoke
What you will need to build your Smoked Manhattan
- Mini bottle of Whiskey
- 1.0 oz of vermouth syrup
- 1 wood chip
- Mixing jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Bar spoon (wooden skewer)
- Ice to build your drink
- 1 king cube for
- Bamboo garnish skewer
- Cherry
- Lighter or kitchen torch (not included)
- 1 small plate (not included)
How to build your Smoked Manhattan
- ***Best to perform this step under the hood fan in your kitchen. Using a small plate from your kitchen, a lighter or kitchen torch, light the wood chip on fire. Let it burn for as longs as you can before blowing out the flame and placing it on the plate. Cover the chip with glassware of choice, trapping the smoke in the glass.
- Empty the mini bottle of whiskey and add to the mixing jar
- Measure 1.0 oz. of vermouth syrup and add to the mixing jar
- Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the mixing glass
- Using your bar spoon, place the thick end to the bottom of the mixing glass
- Trace the inside of the opening of the mixing jar stirring the cocktail for 10-15 seconds
- Place the cover on the top of the jar leaving an opening enough to strain the cocktail into your glassware of choice (this beverage can be served on the rocks, over king cube, or straight up)
- Garnish with cherry on garnish skewer
Penicillin
What you need to build this drink:
- Mini bottle of whiskey
- Pouch marked ginger honey
- Pouch marked lemon
- Solo cup
- Shaker jar (mason jar)
- Ice for building and serving
- Skewer
- Ginger candy
How to build this cocktail:
- Empty mini bottle of whiskey into the mason jar
- Measure 1.0 oz ginger honey, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz lemon, and add to the shaker jar
- Add ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar, and shake for 10-12 seconds
- Remove the ring and use the cover to strain cocktail into ice filled glass
- Garnish by skewering candied ginger and resting on the rim of the glass
