Flowers For Mom

Vodka, elderflower, violette, lime, egg whites

 What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Mini bottle of vodka
  • Pouch marked Violette-Elderflower
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Pouch marked egg white
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building (not included)
  • Fresh flowers

How to build this cocktail

  1. Add mini bottle of vodka to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked Violette-Elderflower, and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg white and add to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  6. Dry shake (no ice) all the ingredients for as hard as you can for 20 seconds
  7. Remove the ring and cover from the shaker jar, and add about ¼ cup ice to the shaker jar
  8. Shake the cocktail for an additional 10 seconds
  9. Remove the ring, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your glassware of choice (we recommend serving this cocktail straight up)
  10. Garnish this cocktail by floating the fresh flowers on the foam

 

Breakfast in Bed

Sparkling rose, pink lemonade, guava

 

What you will need to build this cocktail

 

  • Bottle of sparkling rose
  • Pouch marked pink lemonade-guava
  • Mini clothes pin
  • Charcoal lace tuille garnish ***ALLERGY ALERT, CONTAINS GLUTEN***
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building (not included)

 

How to build this cocktail

 

  1. Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked pink lemonade-guava, and add to the shaker jar
  2. Add about ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  3. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  4. Shake the cocktail for 12-15 seconds
  5. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your glassware of choice. (we recommend a flute style glass)
  6. Top the drink with 3 oz of the sparkling rose
  7. Very carefully clip the lace garnish to the side of your chosen glass with the mini clothes pin

 

Maw Tai

Amber rum, over proof rum, orange, lime, orgeat, grenadine

 

What you will need to build this cocktail

 

  • 1 amber rum mini
  • 1 overproof rum (North of 7 bottled this special for this kit, they did not have labels small enough, so they are marked with the amber rum label and a whiskey award sticker. This overproof rum is 57% alcohol)
  • Pouch marked orange
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Pouch marked grenadine
  • Pouch marked orgeat ***ALLERGY ALERT, CONTAINS ALMONDS***
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building and serving (not included)
  • Plastic bag
  • Kitchen towel (not included)
  • Meat tenderizer, or small frying pan (not included)
  • Mini umbrella
  • Maraschino cherry

 

How to build this cocktail

 

  1. Add about 2 cups of ice to the plastic bag provided, leave the bag open a little to let the air out while you crush the ice
  2. Wrap the bag with a kitchen towel
  3. Using a meat tenderizer or small frying pan, crush the ice by carefully hitting the towel wrapped bag of ice
  4. Half fill your glassware of choice (we recommend a tall glass) with some of the crushed ice, saving the rest for one of the last steps
  5. Measure 0.5 oz from the amber rum bottle, and add to the shaker jar
  6. Measure 0.5 oz from the overproof rum bottle, and add to the shaker jar
  7. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked orgeat ***ALLERGY ALERT, CONTAINS ALMONDS***
  8. Measure 2.0 oz from the pouch marked orange, and add to the shaker jar
  9. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the shaker jar
  10. Replace the ring and cover to your shaker jar
  11. Shake the cocktail for 20-25 seconds
  12. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail over the crushed ice
  13. Mound the remaining crushed ice to the drink, you should be able to pile the ice over the rim of the glass (think snow cone)
  14. Pour half of the grenadine over the top of the crushed ice
  15. Open the mini umbrella, and skewer the maraschino cherry with it, slide the cherry half way up the pole, and rest it on the rim of the glass

 

 

 

Breakfast Martini

Gin, orange, lemon, marmalade, cinnamon toast

 

 

What you will need to build this cocktail

 

  • Mini bottle of gin
  • Pouch marked orange lemon
  • Marmalade package
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building (not included)
  • Cinnamon toast garnish***ALLERGY ALERT, CONTAINS GLUTEN***

 

How to build this cocktail

 

  1. Empty the marmalade package into the shaker jar
  2. Empty the mini gin bottle to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked orange-lemon, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Add about ½ cup of ice too the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  6. Shake this cocktail for 12 – 15 seconds
  7. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your glassware of choice (we recommend a martini style glass)
  8. Garnish with cinnamon toast on the rim of the glass (this has a slit in it to make this step easier)
