MSB 2023: Day 3

Cherry Baby

Vodka, cherry brandy, clove infused maraschino liqueur, cranberry, lime, egg white

 

What you need to build this cocktail:

 

• Red solo cup
• Shaker Jar

• Pouch marked “Cherry Baby”
• Pouch marked “Lime”
• Portion of Egg white
• Garnish skewer
• Pressed cherry
• Recommended Glassware – Coupe style glass

 

How to build your cocktail:

 

1. Empty pouch marked “Cherry Baby” into shaker jar
2. Measure 0.50 oz of lime into shaker jar
3. Measure 0.50 oz of egg white into shaker jar
4. Dry shake ingredients (no ice) for 40 seconds or as long as your arms can take it (the longer you shake, the better the froth)
5. Add 1 cup of ice to shaker Jar
6. Replace ring and cover and shake for another 20 seconds
7. Remove ring, slide cover over just far enough to strain cocktail into coupe style glass (no ice)
8. Pierce cherry through the side with the garnish skewer and position on top of glass.
