*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

 

 

 

Night Life of an Egg

 

Day into Night

 

Gin, pineapple, maple, dragon fruit Red Bull, lime, egg white

 

What you will need to build this cocktail

 

  • Mini bottle of Gin
  • Pouch marked Pineapple-Maple
  • Dragon fruit Red Bull
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Cured egg yolk
  • Ice for building (not included)
  • Cheese grater or micro plane (not included)
  • Soup spoon (not included)

 

How to build this cocktail

 

  1. Empty the mini bottle of gin into your shaker jar
  2. Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked Pineapple-Maple, and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg, and add to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  6. Dry shake (no ice) for 25 to 30 seconds
  7. Remove the ring and cover from the shaker jar, and add ¼ cup of ice
  8. Replace the ring and cover, and shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
  9. Measure 1.5 oz from the dragon fruit Red Bull can, and add to a tall glass
  10. Remove the ring and slide the cover from the jar just enough to strain the cocktail over the back of a spoon very slowly (this is a tricky step, and you need to be patient. You will start the pour at the top of the handle and let it trickle all the way down the spoon, very slowly)
  11. Spoon out the rest of the foam and add to the top of the drink
  12. Using a cheese grater or micro plane, grate some of the  cured egg yolk over the top of the foam

 

Truffle Caesar

Truffle vodka, worcestershire, olive brine, tomato clam juice, chanterelle celery salt, lime, pickled ramps, deviled egg

What you will need to build this drink

  • Mini bottle of Vodka
  • Mini can of tomato clam juice
  • Olive brine Worcestershire pouch
  • Truffle vodka pouch
  • Lime pouch
  • Horseradish 
  • Deviled egg (three packages, one container with egg white, one bag with filling, one bag with paprika)
  • Pickled ramps 
  • Chanterelle celery salt
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Bamboo garnish skewer
  • 2 small kitchen plates (not included)
  • 0.5 oz water (not included)
  • Salt and pepper (not included)
  • Scissors (not included)

How to build this drink

  1. Using scissors, snip a corner of the bag containing the filling, and pipe into egg white cup, and sprinkle with paprika
  2. Set your deviled egg aside
  3. Empty the contents of the package with the chanterelle celery salt on to one small kitchen plate
  4. Add 0.5 oz water to the other plate
  5. Dip the rim of the glass into the water on one plate, then into the rimmer on the other plate
  6. Fill glass with ice
  7. Add the horse radish to the top of the ice (omit horseradish if you are sensitive to the spice) 
  8. Empty the mini bottle of vodka to the prepped glass
  9. Measure 1.0 oz (save 0.5 oz for a later step) from the pouch marked truffle vodka and add to the glass
  10. Measure .5 oz from the pouch marked Olive brine - Worcestershire and add to the glass
  11. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the glass
  12. Empty the can of tomato clam juice
  13. Give the drink a stir in the glass
  14. Season the top of the drink with salt and pepper to taste (not included)
  15. Measure the remaining 0.5 oz from the pouch marked truffle vodka and slowly add it to the top of the drink
  16. Garnish with the pickled ramps on a garnish skewer laid across the top of glass
  17. Rest the deviled egg between where the skewer is laid and the edge of the glass

 

Disco Flip

Spiced rum, cinnamon, grapefruit, mango, lime, whole egg

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Mini spiced rum bottle
  • Pouch marked cinnamon-grapefruit-mango
  • Pouch marked whole egg
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building (not included)
  • Ice for serving (not included)
  • Disco grapefruit garnish

How to build this cocktail

  1. Empty the mini bottle of spiced rum to your shaker jar
  2. Measure 3.5 oz from the pouch marked Cinnamon-Grapefruit-Mango, and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked whole egg, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and dry shake (no ice) for 20-25 seconds
  6. Remove the ring and cover from the jar, and add about ¼ cup of ice to the jar
  7. Shake the cocktail for an additional 8-10 seconds
  8. Remove the ring from the shaker jar, and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into a tall glass
  9. Garnish with the disco grapefruit wheel on the rim of glass, or float in the foam

 

S’mores

Rum, toasted marshmallow, chocolate, graham, smoke, lime, egg white

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Mini bottle of rum
  • Pouch marked smores,
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Pouch marked egg
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Smoke chip
  • 3 Small plate (not included)
  • Lighter (not included)
  • Water (not included)
  • Toasted marshmallows garnish
  • Graham cracker rim

How to build this cocktail

  1. Using 2 small plates, add 0.5 oz of water to the first, and the graham crumble to the second
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the water on the first plate, then into graham on the second plate
  3. In a well-ventilated area light the wood chip on fire and let burn until you cannot hold it any longer (the better embers you get in this step, the better the smoke)
  4. Blow out the flame and carefully place the rimmed glass upside down over the smoking chip
  5. Empty the mini rum bottle to your shaker jar
  6. Measure 2.0 oz from the pouch marked s’more, and add to the shaker jar
  7. Measure 0.5 oz from the egg white pouch, and add to jar
  8. Measure 0.2 oz of lime (to get this measurement use the line at the very bottom of the solo cup x 2, remember the line at the bottom that is about a finger width is 0.5 oz)
  9. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shake for 20-25 seconds
  10. Remove the ring and cover from the shaker jar, and add about ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  11. Shake for an additional 8-10 seconds, remove the ring, and slide the cover off the jar enough to strain the cocktail into the prepped glass
  12. Garnish by floating the toasted marshmallows in the foam
