Happy Cocktail Day PCL!

 **PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

 

 

SMOKED CARAMEL MANHATTAN 

whiskey / salted caramel / vermouth / bitters

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Mini of Whiskey
  • Salted Caramel Vermouth
  • Wood chip 
  • 1 small plate
  • Lighter or kitchen torch 
  • Mixing jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building and serving 
  • Bar spoon (wooden skewer)
  • Bamboo garnish skewer
  • Amarena cherry

How to build your cocktail

  1. Measure 1.5 oz of whiskey and add to the mixing jar
  2. Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Salted Caramel Vermouth and add to the mixing jar
  3. Using a small plate and a lighter, in a well ventilated area, light your wood chip on fire.  Be patient with this step: you want to make sure the chip is burning well before you blow it out. 
  4. Blow out the wood chip and quickly place it on the plate.  Cover with a rocks style glass, smoking the glass while you build the drink
  5. Add about ½ cup of ice to the mixing jar
  6. Using the fat end of the bar spoon ( wooden skewer ) stir the cocktail for 20 seconds
  7. Replace the cover back to jar leaving just enough space to strain the cocktail into an ice filled glass (king cube)
  8. Garnish with an amarena cherry on a garnish skewer

 

EVENINGS IN THE ORCHARD 

whiskey / cinnamon / lemon / apple cider / sarsaparilla

What you will need to build your cocktail

  • Mini whiskey
  • Apple cider
  • Cinnamon Lemon Sarsaparilla
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Ice for building and serving (not provided)
  • Fall straw and orange wheel for garnish

How to build this cocktail

  1. Measure 1.5 oz from the bottle of whiskey, and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked Cinnamon Lemon Sarsaparilla and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked Apple Cider and add to the shaker jar
  4. Add ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the jar 
  6. Shake the cocktail for 15 seconds
  7. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the jar enough to strain the cocktail into an ice filled glass
  8. Garnish with orange wheel and fall straw

BREATH OF FRESH AIR

gin / lime / anise / vermouth / white cranberry

What you will need to build your cocktail

  • Mini gin 
  • White Cran Vermouth Anise
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • 2 small plates 
  • Water 
  • Ice for building your drink 
  • Cranberry Anise powder

How to build your cocktail

  1. Using 2 small plates, add about ½ oz of water to the first, and Cranberry Anise powder to the second
  2. Dip the side of the glass into the water on the first plate, then the powder on the second. Set glass aside while you build the drink
  3. Measure 1.5 oz of Gin into the shaker jar
  4. Measure 3.0 oz White Cran Vermouth Anise and add to the shaker jar
  5. Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  6. Replace the cover and screw on the ring to the shaker jar
  7. Shake for 10-12 seconds 
  8. Remove the ring from the jar, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this drink straight up)

 

Not Another Zoom

spiced rum, cinnamon, grapefruit, Italian bitters, lime

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Mini spiced rum                                                       
  • Cinnamon-Grapefruit-Bitter pouch                                                                                          
  • Lime pouch   
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building and serving                                                                     
  • Candied cinn/sugar grapefruit wheel   

 

How to build this cocktail          

  1. Measure 1.5 oz of spiced rum and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 3.0 oz from the pouch marked cinnamon-grapefruit-bitter, and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the jar
  4. Add ¼ cup of ice to the jar
  5. screw the lid and cover to the shaker jar
  6. Shake the cocktail for 15 seconds
  7. Unscrew the lid from the jar, slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your  ice filled glass of choice
  8. Garnish with a candied grapefruit segment
