Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

 

Gin Fizz

Gin, lemon, sugar, egg whites

What you will need to build your Gin Fizz

  • Mini bottle of Gin (or pouch of non-alcoholic gin)
  • 1.0 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1.0 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz egg white
  • Shaker jar
  • 1 can of soda
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building your drink
  • Dried roses for garnish

How to build your Gin Fizz

  1. Empty mini bottle of gin into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz. of lemon juice and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.0 oz of simple syrup and add to the jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz. of egg white and add to the jar
  5. Replace the cover to the jar and screw on the lid 
  6. Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for as long as your arms can handle (the more you shake the better the froth)
  7. Unscrew the lid and remove the cover from the jar
  8. Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  9. Shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
  10. Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this one on a little bit of ice in a tall glass if you have one)
  11. Once the drink has separated, open a can of soda and slowly add about 3-4 oz. you will see the foam rising to the top of the glass, try and get the foam so it is above the rim of the glass
  12. Garnish with 3 dried roses

 

Whiskey Sour

Whiskey, lemon, sugar, egg white 

What you will need to build your Whiskey Sour

  • 1 mini bottle of Whiskey or pouch of non-alcoholic 
  • 1.0 oz. lemon juice
  • 1.0 oz. simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz egg whites
  • 1 Small bag of sugar
  • Ice 
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Dried lemon wheel
  • Two small plates (not included in the kit)

How to build your Whiskey Sour

  1. Using the two small plates, empty the contents from one of the small sugar bags onto one.
  2. Add about 0.5 oz. of water onto the second small plate
  3. Dip your glassware of choice into the plate with the water
  4. Roll the rim of the glass into sugar on the second plate
  5. Fill sugar rimmed glass with ice and set aside
  6. Empty mini whiskey bottle (or pouch of non-alcoholic whiskey) to the shaker jar
  7. Measure 1.0 oz. of lemon juice and add to the shaker jar
  8. Measure 1.0 oz. of simple syrup and add to the shaker jar
  9. Measure 0.5 oz. of egg whites and add to the shaker jar
  10. Screw on the lid and the cover to the jar
  11. Dry-shake (no ice) all ingredients for 30-40 seconds
  12. Unscrew the lid and remove the cover from the jar
  13. Add a small amount of ice to the shaker jar
  14. Replace the lid and cover back onto the jar
  15. Shake for an additional 5-8 seconds
  16. Unscrew the lid from the shaker jar and slide the cover off the opening just enough to strain the cocktail into the ice-filled, sugar-rimmed glass you have already prepared
  17. Garnish with dried lemon wheel

 

Smoked Vanilla Chai Old Fashioned

Whiskey, vanilla, chai, bitters, sugar, smoke

  • Whiskey 1.5 oz (or non alcoholic whiskey pouch)
  • Vanilla-Chai pouch
  • Mixing jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Bar spoon (wooden skewer)
  • Wood chip 
  • 1 small plate (not provided)
  • Lighter or kitchen torch (not provided)
  • Splash of water (not provided)
  • Angostura bitter soaked cube 
  • Garnish with dried orange wheel

How to build your cocktail

  1. Add the sugar cube to the mixing jar, and add a splash of water to help soften it 
  2. Break up the cube using the thick end of the bar spoon 
  3. Measure 1.5 oz of whiskey and add to the mixing jar 
  4. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked Vanilla-Chai, and add to the mixing jar
  5. Using a small plate and a lighter (not provided), in a well ventilated area, light your wood chip on fire.  Be patient with this step: you want to make sure the chip is burning well before you blow it out. 
  6. Blow out the wood chip and quickly place it on the plate.  Cover with a rocks style glass, smoking the glass while you build the drink 
  7. Add about a 1/2 cup of ice to the mixing jar 
  8. Place the thick end of the bar spoon into the mixing jar and stir the cocktail for 20-25 seconds  
  9. Add ice to smoked glass 
  10. Replace the cover of the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass 
  11. Garnish with orange whee

 

Rosemary Gimlet 

Gin, rosemary, lime cordial 

What you will need to build your Rosemary Gimlet 

  • Mini bottle of gin (or non alcoholic gin pouch)
  • 2.0 oz pouch of rosemary lime
  • Shaker jar 
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Ice for building your drink 
  • Lime wheel
  • clothes pin

How to build your Rosemary Gimlet 

  1. Empty the mini bottle of gin into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 2.0 oz of the rosemary lime, and add it to the shaker jar
  3. Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the shaker jar 
  4. Replace the cover and screw on the lid to the shaker jar 
  5. Shake for 10-15 seconds 
  6. Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this straight up, in a coupe style glass) 
  7. Garnish by pining lime wheel on side of glass
