Sparkling Cocktail Kit
**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**
Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.
*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure. The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz. The cup full is 2 oz. Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.
** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available. Please cut above the reseal line. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.
This kit is designed to build a total of 8 drinks, 2 of each of following offerings.
Lost in the Light
Gin, maraschino, grapefruit, prosecco, egg white
What you will need to build this cocktail
- Bottle of prosecco
- Mini bottle of gin
- Pouch marked grapefruit-maraschino
- Pouch marked egg white
- Rose-maraschino dust
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building (not included)
- 2 small plates (not included)
- 5 oz water (not included)
How to build this cocktail
- Using two small plates add 0.5 oz of water to the first plate, and the rose-maraschino dust to the second
- Dip the rim of your glassware of choice into the water on the first plate, then into the rose-maraschino dust on the second, and set aside
- Empty the mini bottle of gin to the shaker jar
- Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked grapefruit-maraschino, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg white, and add to the shaker jar
- Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for 35-40 seconds as hard as you can
- Remove the ring and cover from the shaker jar, and add ¼ cup of ice
- Replace the ring and cover back to the shaker jar, and shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
- Remove the ring and slide the cover off the shaker jar just enough to strain the cocktail into the prepared glass
- Top with 2.0 oz or prosecco
- Sprinkle the rose-maraschino dust on the foam to garnish
The Morning Of
Vodka, hibiscus, peach, orange, prosecco
What you will need to build this drink
- Bottle of prosecco
- Mini bottle of vodka
- Pouch marked peach-orange
- Pouch marked hibiscus
- Pouch marked simple
- Shaker jar
- Bamboo garnish skewer
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building
- Hibiscus
How to build this cocktail
- Add mini bottle of vodka to the shaker jar
- Measure 2.0 oz from the pouch marked peach-orange, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked hibiscus, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked simple, and add to the shaker jar
- Add ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
- Shake for 10-12 seconds
- Remove the ring from the shaker jar, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your glassware of choice
- Top with 3.0 oz of prosecco
- Garnish with hibiscus flower on bamboo garnish skewer

Elderflower, mint, lime, prosecco
What you will need to build this cocktail
- Bottle of prosecco
- Elderflower-mint pouch
- Lime pouch
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building (not included)
- 2 Lime wheels for garnish
How to build this cocktail
- Measure 3.5 oz from the pouch marked elderflower-mint pouch, and add to the shaker
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the shaker jar
- Add about ¼ cup of ice to the jar, and replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
- Shake the cocktail for about 5-8 seconds
- Remove the ring from the shaker jar and slide the cover off just enough strain the drink into ice filled glass
- Top with 2.0 oz of prosecco
- Burry the lime wheels into the drink
Bubbles and Berries
2 glasses of Prosecco, and 2 Dipped Ottawa Strawberries
- Pour remaining prosecco into 2 glasses
- Garnish with chocolate dipped strawberries on garnish skewer
