Spiced Rum Instructions 2021

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

***We have included a pour spout for use with your Bourbon bottle.

**** If you have ordered the Date Night option, this menu will make one of each drink, BFA option will make two of each drink, and the Social option four of each drink

What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Spiced Rum 1.5 oz, or mini bottle                                                        
  • Cinnamon-Grapefruit-Bitter pouch                                            
  • Falernum pouch                                                            
  • Lime pouch   
  • Shaker jar
  • Pour spout if you have ordered BFA or SOCIAL kits
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building and serving                                                                     
  • Candied cinn/sugar grapefruit wheel   

How to build this cocktail          


  1. Empty mini bottle of Spiced rum, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 3.0 oz from the pouch marked cinnamon-grapefruit-bitter, and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked falernum (*** nut allergy alert*** ) and add to the jar
  5. Add ¼ cup of ice to the jar
  6. screw the lid and cover to the shaker jar
  7. Shake the cocktail for 15 seconds
  8. Unscrew the lid from the jar, slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your  ice filled glass of choice
  9. Garnish with a candied grapefruit segment

Guava Daiquiri

Spiced rum, guava, demerara, lime


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Spiced Rum 1.5 oz, or mini bottle                                                          
  • Guava pouch                                                                  
  • Demerara pouch                                                              
  • Lime pouch   
  • Shaker jar
  • Ice for building
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Mini clothespin                                                                     
  • Lime wheel  

How to build this cocktail                  


  1. Empty mini bottle of Spiced rum, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Guava and add to the jar
  3. Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Demerara and add to the jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime 
  5. Add about ¼ cup of ice to the jar
  6. Screw the lid and cover on to the shaker jar
  7. Shake the cocktail for about 15 seconds
  8. Unscrew the lid and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into your glass ware of choice (we recommend serving this drink straight up)
  9. Garnish with a lime wheel clipped to the rim of the glass using the mini clothespin












Hurricane

Spiced rum, orange, lime, passionfruit, grenadine


  • Spiced Rum 1.5 oz                                                             
  • OJ-Passionfruit-Simple pouch
  • Lime pouch  
  • Grenadine pouch
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure   
  • Ice for building and serving                                                           
  • Mini umbrella and cherries      

How to build this cocktail


  1. Empty mini bottle of Spiced rum, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 3.0 oz from the pouch marked OJ-Passionfruit-Simple and add to the jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime and add to the jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked grenadine and add to the jar
  5. Add about ¼ cup of ice to the jar
  6. Screw the lid and cover to the shaker jar
  7. Shake the cocktail for about 15 seconds
  8. Remove the lid and slide the cover off the shaker jar just enough to strain the cocktail into an ice filled glass of choice
  9. Garnish with mini umbrella and 2 cherries              






Blueberry Pina Colada

Spiced rum, blueberry, pineapple, coconut, vanilla, lime


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Spiced Rum 1.5 oz, or mini bottle                                                          
  • Blueberry-Pineapple-Vanilla pouch                                                       
  • Coconut pouch                                                                    
  • Lime pouch                                                                          
  • Toasted coconut for rim
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building and serving
  • Bamboo garnish skewer
  • Ginger chunks 
  • 2 small plates and 0.5 oz water (not provided)          


How to build this cocktail


  1. Add 0.5 oz of water to the first plate, and some toasted coconut to the second plate  (keep in mind you have been provided with enough toasted coconut for whatever sized kit to ordered)   
  2. Dip your glassware of choice into the water on the first plate, then into the toasted coconut on the second
  3.  Empty mini bottle of Spiced rum, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked blueberry-pineapple-vanilla and add to the jar
  5. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked coconut and add to the jar
  6. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime and and add to the jar
  7. Replace the lid and cover to your shaker jar 
  8. Shake the cocktail for about 15 seconds 
  9. Remove the lid, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into rimmed ice filled glass.
  10. Garnish with pineapple chunk on a garnish skewer
