Spiced Rum Holiday Kit 2021

**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

 

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

**** If you have ordered the Date Night option, this menu will make one of each drink, BFA option will make two of each drink, and the Social option four of each drink


Let the Wild Rumpus Start

Spiced rum, clementine, elderflower, saffron, honey, lime


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Spiced Rum 1.5 oz, or mini bottle                                                        
  • Elderflower Saffron Honey pouch                                            
  • Clementine pouch                                                            
  • Lime pouch   
  • Shaker jar
  • Pour spout if you have ordered BFA or SOCIAL kits
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building and serving                                                                     
  • Silver lime  
  • Mini clothespin

How to build this cocktail          


  1. Empty mini bottle of Spiced rum, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked elderflower saffron honey, and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime, and add to the jar
  4. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked clementine, and add to the jar
  5. Add ¼ cup of ice to the jar
  6. screw the lid and cover to the shaker jar
  7. Shake the cocktail for 15 seconds
  8. Unscrew the lid from the jar, slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your ice filled glass of choice
  9. Garnish with a silver lime pinned to glass
  10. Garnish with a lime wheel clipped to the rim of the glass using the mini clothespin


“To Me, You Are Perfect” 

Spiced rum, cardamom, haskap shrub, lime, egg


What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Spiced Rum 1.5 oz, or mini bottle                                                          
  • Haskap Cardamom pouch                                                                  
  • Egg pouch                                                              
  • Lime pouch   
  • Shaker jar
  • Ice for building
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Snowflake stencil                                                                     
  • Lime cardamom dust

How to build this cocktail                  

  1. Empty mini bottle of Spiced rum, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Haskap Cardamom and add to the jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg and add to the jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime 
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  6. Dry shake all ingredients (no ice) for 30 seconds
  7. Remove the ring and cover from the shaker jar, and add about ¼ cup of ice
  8. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
  9. Remove the ring from the jar, and slide the cover off just enough to strain this drink into your glassware of choice
  10. Using your snowflake stencil, cover the top of the drink (don't set it down in the foam, hover over the  top of the drink) sprinkle the lime cardamom dust over the snowflake to garnish




Hurry Christmas, Hurry Fast

Spiced rum, vodkow, irish cream, gingerbread

  • Spiced Rum 1.5 oz, or mini bottle                                                           
  • Irish cream gingerbread pouch
  • Vodkow creamer
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure   
  • Ice for building                                                         
  • Mini gingerbread     

How to build this cocktail

  1. Empty mini bottle of Spiced rum, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Irish Cream Gingerbread and add to the jar
  3. Measure 1.0 oz from the vodkow creamer and add to the jar
  4. Add about ¼ cup of ice to the jar
  5. Screw the lid and cover to the shaker jar
  6. Shake the cocktail for about 15 seconds
  7. Remove the lid and slide the cover off the shaker jar just enough to strain the cocktail into an ice filled glass of choice
  8. Garnish with mini gingerbread person, one leg on each side of the glass

Spiced rum, banana, salted caramel, orange bitters,


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Spiced Rum 1.5 oz, or mini bottle                                                          
  • Banana Salted Caramel pouch                                                                                                                             
  • Banana Chips for garnish
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Barspoon 
  • Ice for building and serving

         

How to build this cocktail

  1.  Empty mini bottle of Spiced rum, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked banana salted caramel
  3. Add about ½ cup of ice to the mixing jar
  4. Using the fat end of the bar spoon ( wooden skewer ) stir the cocktail for 20 seconds
  5. Replace the cover back to jar leaving just enough space to strain the cocktail into an ice filled glass (or king cube)
  6. Garnish with banana chips
