**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**
Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.
*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure. The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz. The cup full is 2 oz. Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.
** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available. Please cut above the reseal line. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.
***We have included a pour spout for use with your bottle of cada dia.

Earl and the Pear
cada dia, madeira, earl grey, pear, lime
What you will need to build this cocktail
- Tequila 1.5 oz
- Madeira, Earl Grey syrup 1.0 oz
- Pear juice 2.0 oz
- Simple 0.5 oz
- Lime 0.5 oz
- Mini clothes pin
- Garnish with pear slice
How to build your cocktail
- Measure 1.5 oz from your bottle of cada dia, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked Madeira-Earl Grey, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 2.0 oz from the pouch marked Pear, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked simple, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the container marked lime, and add to the shaker jar
- Add ¼ cup of ice to the jar
- Replace the lid and cover to the jar
- Shake for 15 seconds
- Remove the lid, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into ice filled glass of choice
- Garnish with dehydrated pear clipped to the rim of glass with mini clothespin
2020 was a Bitter Thyme
cada dia, italian bitters, thyme, ginger, grapefruit, egg whites, lime
What you will need to build this cocktail
- Tequila 1.5 oz
- Bitters, ginger, thyme grapefruit 3.0 oz
- Simple 0.5 oz
- Egg white 0.5 oz
- Garnish with candied grapefruit wheel
How to build this cocktail
- Measure 1.5 oz from your bottle of cada dia, and add to your shaker jar
- Measure 3.0 oz from the pouch marked Thyme Grapefruit, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Simple, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Egg White, and add to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover to the jar
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients as hard as you can for 20 seconds
- Remove the lid and cover, and add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover back to the jar and shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
- Remove the lid and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend this drink be served straight up)
- Garnish by floating candied grapefruit slice on the foam
Smoke and Cherry
cada dia, chipotle, cherry, vermouth, lime, smoke
What you will need to build this cocktail
- Tequila 1.5 oz
- Smoked chipotle cherry vermouth 2.0 oz
- Lime juice 0.5 oz
- Simple 0.5 oz
- Smoke chip
- Small plate (not provided)
- Lighter (not provided)
- Garnish with amarena cherry
How to build this cocktail
- Using a small plate and a lighter (not provided), in a well ventilated area, light your wood chip on fire. Be patient with this step: you want to make sure the chip is burning well before you blow it out.
- Blow out the wood chip and quickly place it on the plate. Cover with a rocks style glass, smoking the glass while you build the drink
- Measure 1.5 oz from your cada dia bottle, and add it to the shaker jar
- Measure 2.0 oz from the container marked Smoked Chipotle Cherry Vermouth
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime juice, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Simple, and add to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover to the shaker jar
- Shake the cocktail for 15 seconds
- Add ice to the smoked glass
- Remove the lid and slide the cover just enough to strain the cocktail into smoked glass
- Garnish with amarena cherry on a bamboo garnish skewer
Flowers in Oaxaca
cada dia, saffron, honey, elderflower, butterfly pea flower, lime
What you will need to build this cocktail
- Tequila 1.5 oz
- Elderflower, saffron, honey 1.5 oz
- Butterfly pea flower syrup. 0.5 oz
- Lime juice 0.5 oz
- Cinnamon, salt, sugar rim
- Garnish with lime wheel
- 2 small plates (not provided)
- 0.5 oz water (not provided)
How to build this cocktail
- Using 2 small plates, add 0.5 oz water to the first, then some of the Cinnamon-salt-sugar to the second (remember you have been supplied with enough for 4 drinks)
- Dip the rim of the glass into the water on the first plate, then the Cinnamon-salt-sugar on the second plate
- Measure 1.5 oz from the bottle of cada dia, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Elderflower-Saffron-Honey, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Butterfly Pea Flower, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime juice, and add to the shaker jar
- Add ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover to the shaker jar
- Shake the cocktail for 10-12 seconds
- Remove the lid, and slide the cover off of the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into rimmed, ice filled glassware of choice
- Garnish the cocktail by standing a bamboo garnish skewer into the glass and wedging the lime wheel in between the loops on the skewer
