**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

**We recommend opening the packages using scissors. Please cut above the reseal line. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

 

Heart Shaped Box - rich,complex, aromatic, spirit forward

Whiskey, amaro, Cocchi vermouth, cinnamon hearts, smoke


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Pouch marked Whiskey/Amaro/Cocchi
  • Pouch marked Cinn Heart
  • Mixing jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Bar spoon (wooden skewer or chopstick)
  • Wood chip
  • Garnish skewer
  • Heart candies
  • Small plate (not included)
  • Lighter (not included)
  • Ice for building
  • Ice for serving - recommend a king cube or large ice sphere if you have on hand 

How to build this cocktail


  1. Using a lighter and small plate in a well ventilated area (under the range fan in your kitchen would be best) light the wood chip on fire and let it burn as long as possible without  burning your fingers. You are really trying to get the embers from the chip nice and red
  2. Blow out the flames and place the smoking chip on the small  plate and cover the smoking chip with the glass you will be serving the cocktail in
  3. Let the glass smoke while you build the rest of the cocktail
  4. Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked  Whiskey/Amaro/Cocchi, and add it to the mixing jar
  5. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked Cinn Hearts, and add it to the mixing jar
  6. Fill the mixing glass about halfway with ice
  7. Using the bar spoon, stir the cocktail for 25-30 seconds
  8. Take the smoked glass off the small plate and add ice
  9. Replace the cover to the jar, but slide it off just enough to use it to strain the cocktail into the ice filled smoked glass
  10. Lay one of the bamboo skewers across the top of the glass close to one of the edges
  11. Balance three of the heart candies between the rim of the glass and the bamboo skewer
  12. Take a pic, post to social media, and please tag @barfromafar









Pink Lady - linear, frothy, sour, with body

Gin, calvados, house grenadine, lemon, egg white


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Pouch marked Gin/House Gren
  • Pouch marked Calvados
  • Pouch marked Lemon
  • Pouch marked Egg white
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Garnish skewer
  • 3 cherries
  • Ice for building

How to build this cocktail


  1. Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked Gin/House Gren, and add it to the shaker jar
  2. Measure o.5 oz from the pouch marked Calvados, and add it to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Lemon, and add it to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Egg White, and add it to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar and dry shake (no ice)  all of the ingredients for as long, and as hard as your arms can handle.  The better the shake the better froth
  6. Remove the ring and cover from the shaker jar and add about 1 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  7. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shake for an additional 15 - 20 seconds
  8. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your glass. This cocktail is served straight up, and we recommend a coupe style glass if you have one available
  9. Garnish with three cherries on the garnish skewer across the top of the glass (these cherries still have pits)

Flowers & Chocolate - sweet, bitter, floral, fruity 

Vodka, cocoa nib infused italian bitters, strawberry, elderflower, lemon


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Pouch marked Vodka/Coco/Bitter
  • Pouch marked Elder/Straw
  • Pouch marked lemon
  • Shaker Jar
  • Red Solo cup measure 
  • Ice for building 
  • Ice for serving
  • Baby’s breath 

How to build this cocktail


  1. Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked Vodka/Coco/Bitter, and add it to the mixing jar
  2. Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Elder/Straw, and add it to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lemon, and add it to the shaker jar
  4. Add about 1 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  6. Shake the cocktail for 15-20 seconds
  7. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the shaker jar just enough to strain the cocktail into a tall ice filled glass 
  8. Garnish with the baby’s breath sprigs in the top of the cocktail

Between the Sheets - complex, balanced, aromatic, spirit forward

Rum, orange liqueur, calvados, simple, lemon


What you will need to build this cocktail


  • Pouch marked Rum / Orange /Simple
  • Pouch marked Calvados
  • Pouch marked Lemon
  • Shaker Jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Garnish skewer
  • Maraschino cherry
  • Lemon zest
  • Ice for building 

How to build this cocktail


  1. Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked Rum / Orange / Simple, and add it to the shaker jar
  2. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Calvados, and add it to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lemon, and add it to the shaker jar
  4. Add about 1 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  6. Shake the cocktail for 20-30 seconds
  7. Remove the ring and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into a coupe style glass
  8. Express the lemon zest over the top of the cocktail and run the yellow side around the rim of the glass
  9. Roll up the the expressed lemon zest and add it to the garnish skewer with the maraschino cherry to garnish the cocktail
