Happy Cocktail Day!
**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**
Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.
*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure. The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz. The cup full is 2 oz. Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.
** We recommend opening the packages using scissors. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

What you will need to build this cocktail
- Shaker Jar
- Red solo cup
- 1.5 oz Spiced Rum
- Ice for building
- Pouch marked Vodkow
- Pouch marked Irish Cream Gingerbread
- Gingerbread Man
How to build this cocktail
- Measure 1.5 oz of Spiced rum, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.o oz from the pouch marked Vodkow, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked irish cream gingerbread and add to your shaker
- Add ½ cup of ice to your shaker jar
- Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shake for about 20 seconds
- Remove the ring and slide the cover off the shaker jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your glassware of choice (coupe recommended)
- Garnish by resting the gingerbread man on the lip of the glass. Feel free to dip the cookie as you enjoy the cocktail.

What you will need to build this cocktail
- Mixing Jar
- Red solo cup
- Barspoon (wooden skewer)
- Ice for building
- 2.5 oz spiced rum
- Pouch marked banana salt caramel
- Banana chips
How to build this cocktail
- Measure 2.5 oz of spiced rum, and add to the mixing jar
- Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked banana salt caramel, and add it to the mixing jar
- Fill the mixing jar with ice
- Place the thicker end of the barspoon on the bottom of the mixing jar and stir your cocktail for 30-40 seconds.
- Replace the cover to the jar, leaving an opening just enough to strain over ice (king cube if possible) into your glassware of choice (rocks glass recommended)
- Garnish with the banana chips in the cocktail
On a Long Winter's Night
What you will need to build this cocktail
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup
- 1.5 oz spiced rum
- Ice for building
- Pouch marked espresso sugar
- Pouch marked spiced coconut brandy
- Star anise pod
- Toasted coconut
- 2 plates (not included)
- 0.5 oz water (not included)
How to build this cocktail
- Using 2 small plates from your cupboard, add 0.5 oz water to the first plate, and empty the contents from the toasted coconut bag onto the second one
- Dip half the rim of the glass into the water on the first plate, then into the coconut on the second plate
- Set prepped glass aside while you build your cocktail
- Measure 1.5 oz of spiced rum, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked espresso sugar, and add it to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked spiced coconut brandy, and add it to the shaker jar
- Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar and replace the ring and cover
- Shake the cocktail for 10-12 seconds (if making more than one portion double the shaking time), remove the ring and slide the cover off the shaker jar just enough to strain the cocktail into your glassware of choice (coupe recommended)
- Garnish with a star anise pod in the espresso crema

What you will need to build this cocktail
- 1.5 oz of spiced rum
- Pouch marked Cinnamon fruit
- Pouch marked falernum / orgeat ****Allergy Alert Contains NUTS****
- Pouch marked lime
- Sugar cube
- Absinthe pipette
- Lime wheel
- Bag of cinnamon
- Lighter or match (not included)
How to build this cocktail
- Measure 1.5 oz of spiced rum, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 2.5 oz from the pouch marked cinnamon fruit, and add it to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked falernum / orgeat, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marker lime, and add to the shaker jar
- Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar, and replace the ring and cover
- Shake the cocktail for 10-12 seconds per portion that you are making
- Remove the ring from the shaker jar, and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into ice filled glassware of choice (collins glass recommended)
- Place the lime on the edge of the rim of the glass resting on the ice
- Cut the tip off of your pipette.
- Place the sugar cube on the lime, and soak the cube with the absinthe in the pipette.
- As quickly as possible, light the sugar cube on fire and sprinkle cinnamon dust over the flame (this will create sparks and fill the room with pleasant aromas).
- Tip the lime wheel so the cube extinguishes in the drink; you may wish to stir the sugar cube into the drink.
