Brunch Box Instructions


Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.


Truffle Caesar

Truffle infused vodka, tomato-clam juice, lime, spice, worcestershire

What you will need to build this drink

  • Mini can of tomato clam juice
  • Worcestershire Cayenne pouch
  • Truffle vodka pouch
  • Lime pouch
  • Pickled egg
  • Chorizo 
  • Steak spice rimmer
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Bamboo garnish skewer
  • 2 small kitchen plates (not included)
  • 0.5 oz water (not included)
  • Salt and pepper (not included)
  • Ice

How to build this drink

  1. Empty the steak spice package on to one small kitchen plate
  2. Add 0.5 oz water to the other plate
  3. Dip the rim of the glass into the water on one plate, then into the rimmer on the other plate
  4. Fill glass with ice
  5. Measure 2.0 oz of truffle vodka and pour into the ice filled glass
  6. Measure 0.5 oz lime and add to the glass
  7. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Worcestershire cayenne and add to the glass
  8. Empty the can of tomato clam juice
  9. Give the drink a stir in the glass 
  10. Season the top of the drink with salt and pepper to taste (not included)
  11. Garnish by slicing the pickled egg in half and skewering (with bamboo skewer) half the egg with the chorizo then rest on the rim of the glass

Right Side of the Bed

Guava, grapefruit, rosemary, bubbles

What you will need to build this drink

  • Rosemary grapefruit guava pouch 
  • Sparkling wine
  • Mini clothespin
  • Rosemary Sprig
  • Lighter (not included)

How to build this drink

  1. Using the mini clothespin clip the rosemary to your glassware of choice, using a lighter gently torch the rosemary until lightly smoked
  2. Measure 2.0oz from the pouch marked rosemary grapefruit guava into your glass 
  3. Top with 3.0oz of sparkling wine (half of the bottle) 

Lets get it Percolating

Rum, maple, espresso, Vodkow creamer

What you will need to build this drink

  • Mini bottle of rum
  • Maple espresso pouch
  • Vodkow creamer
  • Mini biscotti
  • Shaker jar
  • Ice for building and serving

How to build this drink

  1. Empty the mini bottle of rum into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.0oz from the pouch marked maple espresso and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 1.0oz of Vodkow creamer and add to the shaker jar
  4. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar, shake for 12-15 seconds
  5. Fill glassware of choice with 1/4cup of ice.
  6. Remove ring from shaker and use the cover to strain cocktail into ice filled glass
  7. Garnish with mini biscotti resting on the rim of the glass
