The Last Word

What you will need to build your cocktail:

  • Pouched marked all the The Last Word (Gin/Maraschino/Chartreuse)
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Amarena Cherry
  • Bamboo Skewer

 

How to build your cocktail:

  1. Empty the pouch marked all The Last Word  into the shaker jar.
  2. Measure 0.75 oz of the lime and add to the shaker jar
  3. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  4. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  5. Shake for 10-12 seconds
  6. Remove the ring and slide the cover just enough to strain the cocktail over fresh ice into glassware of choice 
  7. Garnish the cocktail by piercing amarena cherry through bamboo skewer and placing on rim of glass.



Smoked Old Pal

What you need to make this drink:

  • Pouch marked Smoked Old Pal (Rye/Dry Vermouth/Campari)
  • Mixing jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Smoke chip
  • Lemon wheel
  • One plate (not included)
  • Ice for building



How to build this cocktail:

  1. Using a small plate in a well-ventilated area, light the wood chip on fire, and let burn as long as you can (the more embers you get, the richer smoke aromas will be worked into the profile of this cocktail) 
  2. Once you blow out the flame, immediately place the glass you have chosen for this drink over the smoking wood chip, trapping the smoke in the glassware
  3. Empty Old Pal  pouch into the shaker jar.
  4. Add about ½ cup of ice to the mixing jar, and stir the drink using the bar spoon for 20 seconds.
  5. Remove the ring from the jar and use the cover to strain your cocktail into your glassware of choice.
  6. Garnish by placing a lemon wheel inside the cocktail.

 

Rum Runner

What you need to build this drink:

  • Pouch marked Rum Runner (Rum/chambord)
  • Pouch marked Banana Pineapple Grenadine
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building and serving
  • Dehydrated pineapple
  • Maraschino Cherry
  • Bamboo Skewer

 

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Empty the pouch marked Rum Runner into the shaker jar
  2. Empty the pouch marked Banana Pineapple Grenadine into the shaker jar
  3. Measure .5oz lime and add to the shaker jar
  4. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar and shake for 10-12 seconds
  5. Remove ring and use cover to strain into ice filled glassware of choice
  6. Garnish by piercing marashino cherry and pineapple half through bamboo skewer.  Then place in glassware of choice.

 

Blood Orange Margarita

 

What you need:

  • Pouch marked Margarita (Tequila/orange liquor)
  • Pouch marked Blood Orange Salted Agave
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Ice for building and serving 
  • White Salt 
  • Dehydrated blood orange
  • Plates (not included)
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure

 

How to build your cocktail:

  1. Using 2 small plates, add about ½ oz of water to the first, and salt to the second
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the water on the first plate, then the salt on the second. Set glass aside while you build the drink
  3. Empty the pouch marked Margarita into the shaker jar
  4. Empty the pouch marked Blood Orange Salted Agave into the shaker jar
  5. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime and add to the shaker jar
  6. Add about a ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar, and shake for 8-10 seconds
  7. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into ice-filled, rimmed glass
  8. Garnish with a blood orange resting on ice

February:

 

Lucky Lemon

Tequila, Strega, orange, pineapple, egg white

 

What you will need to build this cocktail

 

  • Shaker jar
  • Red Solo cup measure
  • Pouch marked Lucky Lemon
  • Pouch marked Orange Pineapple
  • Pouch marked with an egg
  • Ice for building
  • Lemon wheel garnish

 

How to build this cocktail

 

  1. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Lucky Lemon to the shaker jar
  2. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Orange Pineapple into the shaker jar
  3. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Lemon into the shaker jar
  4. Empty the contents from the pouch marked with an egg into the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  6. Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for as long and as hard as you can
  7. Remove the ring and cover from the shaker jar, and add ½ cup of ice
  8. Replace ring and and cover to the shaker jar, and shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
  9. Strain into your glassware of choice, and garnish with lemon wheel in the cocktail foam

 

On a Boat

White rum, spiced rum, amber rum, cinnamon, grapefruit, passionfruit, lime, absinthe

 

What you will need to build this cocktail

 

  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Pouch marked On a Boat
  • Pouch marked Cinnamon Grapefruit Passionfruit
  • Pouch marked Lime
  • Absinthe pipette
  • Sugar cube
  • Lime wheel 
  • Bag of cinnamon
  • Ice for building
  • Ice for serving
  • Lighter (not included)



How to build this cocktail

 

  1. Empty the contents from the pouch marked On a Boat into your shaker jar
  2. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Cinnamon Grapefruit Passion Fruit into your shaker jar
  3. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Lime into your shaker jar
  4. Add about ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar, and replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  5. Shake this cocktail for between 10-12 seconds
  6. Fill your glassware of choice with ice
  7. Remove the ring from the shaker jar, and slide the cover off just enough to strain your cocktail into your ice filled glass
  8. Balance your lime wheel on the edge of the glass and ice in the glass
  9. Place sugar cube on the lime wheel
  10. Clip the end off of the pipette and squeeze the absinthe over the sugar cube
  11. Quickly light the sugar cube on fire and sprinkle the cinnamon dust over the flame, this will create sparks in the air
  12. Tip the burning sugar cube into the drink and make sure it is fully extinguished
  13. Give the cocktail a little stir, and enjoy



Maple Running

Bourbon, dry vermouth, amaro, maple, bitters

 

What you will need to build this cocktail

 

  • Mixing jar
  • Red Solo cup measure
  • Pouch marked Maple Running
  • Pouch marked maple
  • Garnish skewer
  • Ice for building
  • Ice for serving
  • Bar spoon (wooden skewer)
  • Chocolate dipped maraschino cherry

 

How to build this cocktail

 

  1. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Maple Running into your mixing jar
  2. Empty the contents from the pouch marked maple into your mixing jar
  3. Add about ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  4. Using the bar spoon, place the fat end into the jar, then trace the inside of the jar opening, stirring the cocktail for 20-30 seconds 
  5. Replace the cover to the jar leaving enough room to strain the cocktail into an ice filled glass
  6. Garnish with the chocolate covered maraschino cherry on a garnish skewer and enjoy



Clarified Whiskey Sour

Rye, cinnamon, lemon, bitters  (contains trace amounts of dairy)

 

You are the very first ones to enjoy a brand new cocktail we will be adding to our Bottled Cocktail Menu.  The instructions are simple: pour the contents from the pouch marked Whiskey Sour over ice, garnish with grated nutmeg, and enjoy!

 

This cocktail is about 30% ABV hence the 2.5 oz serving

 

We use a clarifying technique that includes filtering the cocktail through whole milk.  This technique takes off the bite normally found in Rye whiskey, and creates a very well balanced whiskey sour that is extremely easy to drink.  This particular cocktail takes hours and hours to make, so please enjoy!

 

 

December:

Bed Head

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Shaker jar
  • Red Solo cup measure
  • Ice for building
  • Pouch marked Bed Head (spiced rum)
  • Pouch marked vanilla chai espresso
  • Orange wheel garnish

 

How to build this cocktail

  1. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Bed Head into your shaker jar
  2. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Vanilla Chai Espresso into your shaker jar
  3. Add about ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  4. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shake the cocktail for 12-15 seconds
  5. Remove the ring from the shaker jar, and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into a coupe style glass
  6. Garnish by floating the the orange wheel in the froth of the cocktail

Yorkville 

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Mixing jar
  • Pouch marked Yorkville (truffled vodka and gin)
  • Pouch marked olive brine
  • Garnish skewer
  • Truffled Olive

How to build this cocktail

  1. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Yorkville into you mixing jar
  2. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Olive Brine into your mixing jar
  3. Fill your mixing jar with ice
  4. Using a spoon trace the inside of the jar opening stirring the cocktail for 25-30 seconds
  5. Replace the cover to the jar leaving enough room to stain the cocktail into a martini style glass
  6. Garnish with the truffled olive on the garnish skewer

 

Port Brandy Mulled Wine

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Pouch marked Port Brandy
  • Pouch marked lemon sugar
  • Star anise
  • Small pot (not included)
  • Strainer (not included)
  • Lemon 

How to build this cocktail

  1. Empty the pouch marked Port Brandy into the small pot
  2. Empty the pouch marked Lemon Sugar into the small pot
  3. Place star anise in small pot
  4. Turn your burner on medium high, and bring to a simmer for 10 mins
  5. Pour the cocktail through your strainer into your mug
  6. Add dried lemon to the mug to garnish


Salted Caramel Old Fashioned

What you will need to build this cocktail

  • Mixing jar
  • Pouch marked Old Fashioned (bourbon)
  • Pouch marked salt caramel
  • Amarena cherry
  • Garnish skewer

How to build this cocktail

  1. Empty the contents from the pouch marked Old Fashioned into the mixing jar
  2. Empty the contents from the pouch marked salt caramel into the mixing jar
  3. Fill the mixing jar with ice
  4. Using spoon trace the inside of the jar opening stirring the cocktail for 25-30 seconds
  5. Replace the cover to the jar leaving enough room to stain the cocktail into an ice filled glass
  6. Garnish with the amarena cherry on the garnish skewer

November:

BFA 13

What you will need to build your cocktail:

  • Pouched marked all the BFA 13 (coconut infused tequila, vermouth, cucumber shrub)
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Two plates for rimming your glass (not included)
  • Ice for building and serving your drink (not provided)
  • 0.5 oz of water (not provided)
  • Toasted coconut for rimmer

 

How to build your cocktail:

  1. Using 2 small plates from your kitchen, add 0.5 oz water to one, then empty the bag of toasted coconut to the other
  2. Dip glassware of choice into the water on first plate, then into the salt on the second plate
  3. Fill rimmed glass with ice and set aside while you build your cocktail
  4. Empty the pouch marked all BFA 13 into the shaker jar.
  5. Measure 0.5 oz of the lime and add to the shaker jar
  6. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  7. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  8. Shake for 10-12 seconds
  9. Remove the ring and slide the cover just enough to strain the cocktail over fresh ice into glassware of choice 



Aviation Martini

What you need to make this drink:

  • Pouch marked Aviation  (gin, maraschino, creme dé violette)
  • Pouch marked lemon
  • Mini solo cup
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)
  • Ice for building
  • Amarena cherry
  • Skewer

 

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Empty Aviation pouch into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 0.5 oz lemon and add to the shaker jar
  3. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar and shake for 10-12 seconds
  4. Remove the ring from the jar and use the cover to strain your cocktail into your glassware of choice
  5. Garnish with cherry on a skewer, resting on the edge of glass.

 

Spicy Fifty

What you will need to build this cocktail:

  • Pouch marked Spicy Fifty (vanilla vodka)
  • Pouch marked Spicy Elderflower Honey
  • Pouch marked Lime
  • Mini solo cup
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)
  • Ice for building
  • Chili pepper
  • Mini Clothespin

 

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Empty the pouch marked Spicy Fifty into the mixing jar
  2. Empty the pouch marked Spicy Elderflower Honey into the mixing jar
  3. Measure 1 oz lime and add to the shaker jar
  4. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar and shake for 10-12 seconds
  5. Remove the ring from the jar and use the cover to strain your cocktail into your glassware of choice
  6. Garnish by pinning chili pepper to rim of glass with mini clothespin

 

Vieux-Carre

What you need to make this drink:

  • Pouch marked Vieux-Carre (rye, sweet vermouth, cognac, angostura bitters)
  • Mini solo cup
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)
  • Ice for building and serving 
  • Dehydrated lemon 
  • Bar spoon 

 

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Empty the pouch marked Vieux-Carre into the mixing jar
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled with bar spoon
  3. Remove the ring and pour into ice filled glass.
  4. Garnish by placing dehydrated lemon inside glass

All The Leaves Are Brown 

What you will need to build your cocktail:

  • Pouched marked all the leaves are brown (rum,bourbon,fig liqueur)
  • Pouch marked orange honey
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building and serving your drink (not provided)
  • Cherry 
  • Skewer 

How to build your cocktail:

  1. Empty the pouch marked all the leaves are brown into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 1.5 oz of the orange honey and add to the shaker jar
  3. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  4. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  5. Shake for 10-12 seconds
  6. Remove the ring and slide the cover just enough to strain the cocktail over fresh ice into glassware of choice 
  7. Garnish with skewered cherry

Pomegranate Sidecar

What you need to make this drink:

  • Pouch marked sidecar  (brandy orange liqueur)
  • Pouch marked pomegranate syrup
  • Pouch marked lemon
  • Mini solo cup
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)
  • Ice for building and serving
  • 2 small plates 
  • Sugar rimmer

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Using 2 small plates, add about ½ oz of water to the first, and sugar rimmer to the second plate
  2. Garnglass by dipping the rim of the glass into the water on the first plate, then the sugar on the second.
  3. Empty brandy orange liqueur pouch into the shaker jar
  4. Measure 1 oz pomegranate syrup and add the the shaker jar
  5. Measure 0.5 oz lemon and add to the shaker jar
  6. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar and shake for 10-12 seconds
  7. Remove the ring from the jar and use the cover to strain your cocktail into your glassware of choice
  8. Garnish with orange wheel

Sazerac

What you will need to build this cocktail:

  • Pouch marked sazerac (rye cognac)
  • Absinthe pipette 
  • Angostura sugar cube
  • Mixing jar
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Bar spoon (wooden skewer)
  • Bamboo garnish skewer
  • Lemon zest

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Rinse your glassware of choice with absinthe, discarding any excess, and set aside.
  2. Muddle the sugar cube and 1 tsp water in the mixing jar
  3. Empty the pouch marked sazerac into the mixing jar
  4. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled
  5. Remove the ring and use the cover to strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Twist the lemon peel over the drink’s surface to express the peel’s oils, then garnish with the peel and skewer

Fall Apple Martini

What you need to make this drink:

  • Pouch marked fall apple martini (vodka, calvados)
  • Pouch marked apple cider
  • Pouch marked lemon
  • Mini solo cup
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)
  • Ice for building and serving 
  • Cinnamon stick

How to make this cocktail:

  1. Empty the pouch marked fall apple martini into the shaker
  2. Measure 1 oz apple cider and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5oz lemon and add to the shaker jar
  4. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker and sake for 10-12 seconds 
  5. Remove ring and Replace the cover onto the jar leaving enough space to strain the ice from the cocktail, into glassware of choice 
  6. Garnish with cinnamon stick resting on the rim of the glass

What you will need to build your cocktail:

  • Gin (pouch marked sage advice)
  • Apple Cider Sage
  • Lemon
  • Marmalade
  • Shaker jar
  • Red solo cup measure
  • Ice for building and serving your drink (not provided)
  • Apple ring

How to build your cocktail:

  1. Empty the gin pouch marked sage advice into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 2.5 oz of the Apple Cider Sage and add to the shaker jar
  3. Measure 0.5 oz of Lemon and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure ½ teaspoon of Apricot jam and add to the shaker jar
  5. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar
  6. Shake for 10-12 seconds
  7. Remove the ring and slide the cover just enough to strain the cocktail over ice into glassware of choice 
  8. Garnish with apple ring

Dirty Chai Martini

What you need to make this drink:

  • Vodka (pouch marked dirty chai martini)
  • Mini solo cup
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)
  • Ice for building and serving
  • Pouch marked coffee chai 
  • Vodkow creamer
  • Vanilla wafer cookie

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Empty the vodka pouch marked dirty chai martini into the shaker jar
  2. Measure 3oz coffee chai and add the the shaker jar
  3. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar and shake for 10-12 seconds
  4. Remove the ring from the jar and use the cover to strain your cocktail into your ice filled glassware of choice
  5. Top with vodkow creamer
  6. Garnish with vanilla wafer cookie

Smoked Maple Manhattan

What you will need to build this cocktail:

  • Whiskey (pouch marked smoked maple manhattan)
  • Pouch marked maple vermouth
  • Mixing jar
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Bar spoon (wooden skewer)
  • Wood chip
  • Lighter (not included)
  • Small plate (not included)
  • Bamboo garnish skewer
  • Amarena cherry
  • Ice for building
  • Recommended King cube for serving

How to build this cocktail:

  8. Garnish with cherry on garnish skewer

Sweet Corn Old Fashioned

What you need to make this drink:

  • Tequila (pouch marked sweet corn old fashioned)
  • Mini solo cup
  • Mixing jar (mason jar)
  • Ice for building and serving 
  • Bar spoon (large wooden skewer)
  • Angostura bitter soaked cube
  • Pouch marked caramel sweet corn
  • Skewer
  • Caramel corn

How to make this cocktail:

  1. Add the sugar cube to the mixing jar, and add a splash of water to help soften it 
  2. Break up the cube using the thick end of the bar spoon
  3. Empty the tequila pouch marked sweet corn old fashioned into the mixing jar
  4. Fill the mixing glass with ice
  5. Using your bar spoon place the thicker end at the bottom of the mixing jar and trace the inside of the jar stirring the drink for 10-15 seconds
  6. Replace the cover onto the jar leaving enough space to strain the ice from the cocktail, into ice filled glassware of choice (we recommend a king cube)
  7. Garnish by skewering caramel corn and resting on the rim of the glass

Serendipity Lemonade

What you need to build this drink:

  • Pouch marked lavender mint honey lemonade
  • Pouch marked lemon
  • Pouch marked Serendipity lemonade (gin)
  • Mini solo cup
  • Shaker jar
  • Ice for building and serving
  • Dehydrated lemon
  • Straw 

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Empty the pouch marked Lavender mint honey and Serendipity lemonade into the shaker jar.
  2. Measure .5oz lemon and add to the shaker jar
  3. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar and shake for 10-12 seconds
  4. Remove ring and use cover to strain cocktail into ice filled glassware of choice
  5. Garnish with straw and lemon resting in glass

Here For The Summer

What you need to build this cocktail:

  • Pouch marked Here for the Summer (aka whiskey & aperol) 
  • Pouch marked lemon
  • Pouch marked Strawberry maple rhubarb
  • Mini solo cup
  • Shaker jar
  • Ice for building and serving
  • Dehydrated strawberries
  • Viv eau pressed strawberry sparkling water

How to make this drink:

  1. Empty the pouch marked Here for the summer and strawberry maple rhubarb  into the shaker jar.
  2. Measure .5oz lemon and add to the shaker jar
  3. Add ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar and shake for 10-12 seconds
  4. Remove ring and use cover to strain cocktail into ice filled glassware of choice
  5. Top with viv eau sparkling water 
  6. Garnish by floating strawberries on top of cocktail. 

Out of Office

What you will need to build this cocktail:

  • Out of Office pouch (Tequila, campari, vermouth, and  peach)
  • Lemon pouch
  • Ice (not included)
  • Shaker jar
  • Mini solo cup
  • Ice 
  • Bar spoon
  • Dehydrated orange wheel

How to make this drink:

  1. Empty Out of Office into the shaker jar
  2. Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
  3. Using the large end of the bar spoon, stir the cocktail for 20-30 seconds.
  4. Place cover on jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this cocktail with a king cube or glassware filled with ice)
  5. Garnish by resting dehydrated orange inside of the cocktail.

Blueberry Coconut - Clarified

What you need to build this cocktail:

  • Blueberry coconut - clarified
  • Ice (not included)
  • Shaker jar
  • Mini solo cup
  • Candied pineapple
  • Skewer

How to

  1. Empty the pouch marked Blueberry coconut - clarified into the shaker jar
  2. Add ½ cup of ice to the jar and shake for 10-12 seconds 
  3. Remove the ring and use the cover to strain the cocktail into your iced filled glassware of choice
  4. Garish by piercing pineapple candies with a skewer and resting on glass.
