*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure. The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz. The cup full is 2 oz. Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.
** We recommend opening the packages using scissors. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.
***Ingredients should be consumed within two weeks of receiving them for peak freshness.

Espresso Martini
cold brew coffee / brown sugar / espresso
What you will need to build your Espresso Martini
- 2.0 oz cold brew-sugar
- 1.0 oz espresso
- Shaker jar (mason jar)
- Red solo cup (for measuring)
- Ice for building your drink (not included)
- Espresso beans
- 1.5 oz vodka (not included)
How to build your Espresso Martini
- Measure 2.0 oz of the cold brew-sugar and add it to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz of the espresso and add it to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz vodka (not included) and add to the shaker jar
- Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the cover and screw the lid onto the jar
- Shake for 10-12 seconds
- Unscrew the lid and slide the cover off enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this drink straight up in a coupe style glass)
- Garnish with espresso beans in the froth of the cocktail

What you will need to build this cocktail
- 3.0 oz strawberry-rhubarb-maple
- 0.5 oz egg white
- 0.5 oz lemon
- Shaker jar (mason jar)
- Red solo cup (for measuring)
- Ice for building (not included)
- 1.5 oz vodka (not included)
- Rose petals to garnish
How to build this cocktail
- Measure 3.0 oz from the pouch marked strawberry-rhubarb-maple, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg white and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lemon, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz of vodka (not included), and add to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover to the jar
- Dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds as hard as you can
- Remove the ring and cover from the shaker jar
- Add about ½ cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover to the shaker jar, and shake the cocktail for 10-15 seconds
- Remove the ring and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into ice filled glassware of choice
- Garnish by floating rose petals in the foam in a straight line across the top
