Eggs on Eggs
**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**
Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.
*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure. The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz. The cup full is 2 oz. Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.
** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available. Please cut above the reseal line. Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.
Whiskey Sour
Whiskey, lemon, sugar, egg white
What you will need to build your Whiskey Sour
- 1 mini bottle of Whiskey
- 1.0 oz. lemon juice
- 1.0 oz. simple syrup
- 0.5 oz egg whites
- 1 Small bag of sugar
- Ice
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Dried lemon wheel
- Two small plates (not included in the kit)
How to build your Whiskey Sour
- Using the two small plates, empty the contents from one of the small sugar bags onto one.
- Add about 0.5 oz. of water onto the second small plate
- Dip your glassware of choice into the plate with the water
- Roll the rim of the glass into sugar on the second plate
- Fill sugar rimmed glass with ice and set aside
- Empty mini whiskey bottle to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz. of lemon juice and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz. of simple syrup and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz. of egg whites and add to the shaker jar
- Screw on the lid and the cover to the jar
- Dry-shake (no ice) all ingredients for 30-40 seconds
- Unscrew the lid and remove the cover from the jar
- Add a small amount of ice to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover back onto the jar
- Shake for an additional 5-8 seconds
- Unscrew the lid from the shaker jar and slide the cover off the opening just enough to strain the cocktail into the ice-filled, sugar-rimmed glass you have already prepared
- Garnish with dried lemon wheel
Rose Water Gin Fizz
Gin, rosewater, lemon, egg white, bubbles
What you will need to build this cocktail
- Gin 1.5 oz, or mini bottle
- Rose water simple pouch
- Lemon pouch
- Egg whites pouch
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Can of soda
- Dried roses
How to build your cocktail
- Empty mini bottle of gin, or measure 1.5 oz and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz. of lemon juice and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz of rosewater simple syrup and add to the jar
- Measure 0.5 oz. of egg white and add to the jar
- Replace the cover to the jar and screw on the lid
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for as long as your arms can handle (the more you shake the better the froth)
- Unscrew the lid and remove the cover from the jar
- Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the shaker jar
- Shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
- Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this one on a little bit of ice in a tall glass if you have one)
- Once the drink has separated, open a can of soda and slowly add about 3-4 oz. you will see the foam rising to the top of the glass, try and get the foam so it is above the rim of the glass
- Garnish with 3 dried roses
WINGED PEACH
What you will need to build this drink
- Mini bottle of whiskey
- Peach edition Red Bull
- Pouch marked Cinnamon-Lemon
- Pouch marked Italian Bitters-Maraschino
- Pouch marked Egg White
- Shaker Jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Bag with peach hearts
- Garnish skewer
- Ice for building
How to build this drink
- Add contents from your mini whiskey bottle to your shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Cinnamon Lemon and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from the pouch marked Maraschino Bitters and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg white and add to the shaker jar
- Screw the ring and cover onto the shaker jar tightly
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for 60 seconds as hard as you can
- Remove the ring and cover from the jar
- Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the jar and replace the ring and cover to the jar
- Shake the drink for 8-10 seconds
- Remove the ring from the jar, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the drink into glassware of choice, we recommend a tall glass for this drink.
- Slowly pour 3.0 oz of Peach Edition Red Bull to the drink.
- Garnish with 2 peach hearts on a garnish skewer
Bourbon Strawberry Sour
Bourbon, brandy, strawberry, lemon, egg white
What you will need to build this cocktail
- Bourbon 1.5 oz
- Brandy- Strawberry pouch
- Simple pouch
- Lemon pouch
- Egg white pouch
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building
- Dried strawberries
How to build this cocktail
- Measure 1.5 oz from the bottle of Bourbon and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 2.0 oz from the pouch marked Brandy-Strawberry and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lemon and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked simple and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg whites and add to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover to the shaker jar
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients as hard as you can for 20 seconds
- Remove the lid and cover, and add ¼ cup of ice
- Replace the lid and cover to the shaker jar
- Shake for additional 8-10 seconds
- Remove the lid and slide the cover just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this drink straight up)
- Garnish with dehydrated strawberries
What you will need to build this drink
- Mini bottle of North of 7 whiskey
- Pouch marked coconut washed rum
- Pouch marked blueberry
- Pouch marked lime
- Pouch marked demerara
- Pouch marked egg white
- Gummy bears
- Bamboo garnish skewer
- Ice for building (not included)
- Shaker jar
How to build this cocktail
- Empty the mini bottle of whiskey into the shaker jar
- Empty the contents from the coconut washed rum pouch to the shaker jar
- Empty the contents from the blueberry pouch to the shaker jar
- Empty the contents from the lime pouch to the shaker jar
- Empty the contents from the Demerara pouch to the shaker jar
- Empty the contents from the egg white pouch to the shaker jar
- Screw the cover and ring tightly onto the shaker jar
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for 45 seconds
- Remove the ring and cover from your shaker jar, and add about 10 small ice cubes
- Replace the ring and cover back to your shaker jar
- Shake the cocktail for 8-10 seconds
- Remove the ring from the shaker jar, and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into a rocks style glass
- garnish with the gummy bears on the bamboo garnish skewer
New Year, New Me
Vodka, butterfly pea flower, white cranberry, hibiscus, egg white, lime
What you need to build your cocktail
- Vodka 1.5 oz, or mini bottle
- Butterfly pea flower pouch
- White cranberry-hibiscus pouch
- Simple pouch
- Egg whites pouch
- Lime pouch
- Shaker jar
- Red solo cup measure
- Ice for building
- Bamboo garnish skewer
- Hibiscus flower on skewer
How to build your cocktail
- Empty mini bottle, or measure 1.5 oz of vodka, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked Butterfly Pea Flower syrup, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 2.0 oz from the pouch marked White Cranberry-Hibiscus, and add to the shaker
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked simple, and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg whites and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 0.5oz from the pouch marked lime and add to shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover to the jar
- Dry shake (no ice) as hard as you can for 20 seconds
- Remove the lid and cover, and add ¼ cup of ice
- Replace the lid and cove back to the jar, and shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
- Remove the lid and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into glassware of choice ( we recommend serving this one straight up)
- Garnish with hibiscus flower on a bamboo garnish skewer
