Holiday Spiced Rum Instructions

Here are your custom curated cocktails and instructions on how to build each. We hope you enjoy your Bar From Afar experience.
A note on measuring your contents. Your kit includes a solo cup. The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz. It is easiest to use this multiple times when measuring any ingredient less than 2 oz. The cup full is 2oz. We have also included a pour spout for use with your Spiced Rum Bottle.
Please put all ingredients with the exception of dry goods and alcohol in the fridge in order to maintain freshness.

What you need to make this cocktail
- Spiced Rum Bottle
- Shaker jar
- Solo Cup
- Two Plates (not included)
- Water (not included)
- Ice
- Candy cane dust
- Lemon container
- Cinnamon Peppermint Grapefruit container
- Mini Umbrella
How to Build your Cocktail
- Using 2 plates from your kitchen measure and add 0.5 oz of water to the first plate
- Add candy cane dust to the second plate
- Dip the rim of your glass in the water and then into the candy cane dust on the second plate to rim your glass.
- Remove the lid and cover from your shaker jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from your Spiced Rum bottle, OR empty the mini of spiced rum into the shaker Jar
- Measure .5 oz Lemon and add to the shaker jar
- Measure 3 oz from your Cinnamon- Peppermint- Grapefruit container and add to the shaker jar
- Add ½ cup of ice to the Shaker jar, replace the cover and the lid to the jar tightly.
- Shake the cocktail for 8-10 seconds
- Remove the lid and slide the cover off just enough space to strain the cocktail into the rimmed glass
- Garnish with a Mini Umbrella

What you need to make this cocktail
- Spiced Rum Bottle
- Shaker Jar
- Solo Cup
- Ice
- Gingerbread Irish Cream Container
- Egg White Container
- Mini Gingerbread
How to Build your Cocktail
- Remove the Lid and cover from your Shaker Jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from your Spiced Rum bottle, OR empty mini spiced rum into the shaker Jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from your gingerbread Irish Cream container and add to shaker jar
- Measure .5 oz from your egg white container and add to the shaker jar
- Replace the lid and cover on the shaker jar, and shake as long as your arms can handle (dry shake, no ice)
- Open your shaker jar and add ½ cup of ice, replace the lid and cover and shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
- Remove the lid and slide the cover just enough to strain your cocktail into glassware of your choice
- Garnish with your mini gingerbread man

- Solo Cup
- Ice
- Caramel Coconut Nog Container
- Kahlua Espresso Container
- Cinnamon for Garnish
How to Build your Cocktail
- Remove the lid and cover from your Shaker Jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from your Spiced Rum bottle, OR empty mini spiced rum into the shaker Jar
- Measure 2.5 oz from your caramel- coconut- nog container and add to shaker jar
- Measure 1.0 oz from your Kahlua Espresso container and add to the shaker jar
- add ½ cup of ice to your shaker jar, replace the lid and shake for 8-10 seconds
- Remove the lid and slide the cover off just enough space to strain the cocktail into your glassware of choice
- Garnish with cinnamon stick in the drink

- Mason Jar
- Solo Cup
- Ice
- Can of Soda
- Sage Ginger Cranberry Container
- Lemon Container
- Cranberries for Garnish
How to Build your Cocktail
- Remove the Lid and cover from your Shaker Jar
- Measure 1.5 oz from your Spiced Rum bottle, OR empty mini spiced rum into the shaker Jar
- Measure 2.0 oz from your Sage Ginger container and add to shaker jar
- Measure .5 oz from your Lemon container and add to the shaker jar
- Add ½ cup of ice to your shaker jar, replace the lid and shake for 8-10 seconds
- Remove the lid and slide the cover off just enough to strain your cocktail into the glassware of choice
- Top with 1 -2 oz of soda
- Garnish by floating the cranberries on the top of your cocktail
