Margarita Experience Feat. Salty Paloma 

Smokey Hibiscus

What you need to build this cocktail:

    • 1.5 oz tequila
    • Pouch marked hibiscus raspberry
    • Pouch marked lime
    • Ice for building and serving
    • Plates (not included)
    • Lighter (not included) 
    • Dried hibiscus flower
    • Salty Paloma Oaxaca salt rimmer
    • Shaker jar (mason jar)

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Using 2 small plates, add about ½ oz of water to the first, and Oaxaca salt to the second plate
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the water on the first plate, then the salt on the second. Set glass aside while you build the drink, let salt cure before smoking your glass
  3. Using a small plate and a lighter, in a well ventilated space, light your dried hibiscus flower on fire 
  4. Keep the flower on fire as long as you can before blowing out, place the smoking flower on the plate, and cover with the glass, let sit while building your drink
  5. Measure 1.5oz of tequila and add to shaker
  6. Measure 0.5 oz lime and add to shaker jar
  7. Measure 1.5 hibiscus raspberry and add to shaker jar
  8. Add ½ cups of ice to the shaker jar and shake for 10-12 seconds 
  9. Remove glass from plate and add ice to glass
  10. Remove ring and use cover to strain cocktail into ice filled glass

Classic Margarita

What you need to build this cocktail:

  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Pouch marked orange simple
  • Pouch marked burnabrea (egg white)
  • Ice for building and serving 
  • Solo cup
  • Shaker jar (mason jar)
  • Pink salt rimmer
  • Plates (not included)
  • Dehydrated lime wheel

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Using 2 small plates, add about ½ oz of water to the first, and pink salt to the second
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the water on the first plate, then the salt on the second. Set glass aside while you build the drink
  3. Measure 1.5 oz of tequila, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked orange simple, and add to the shaker jar
  5. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked lime and add to the shaker jar
  6. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked egg, and add to the shaker jar
  7. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and dry shake (no ice) all ingredients as hard as you can for 20 seconds
  8. Remove the ring and cover from the jar, and add about a ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  9. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shake for an additional 8-10 seconds
  10. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into ice-filled, rimmed glass
  11. Garnish with a lime wheel in the foam of the cocktail


Spicy Passion Fruit Elderflower Margarita

What you need:

  • 1.5 oz tequila 
  • Pouch marked spicy passion fruit elderflower
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Ice for building and serving 
  • Sugar-salt
  • Dehydrated jalapeno
  • Plates (not included)
  • Shaker jar

How to build this cocktail:

  1. Using 2 small plates, add about ½ oz of water to the first, and sugar-salt to the second
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the water on the first plate, then the salt on the second. Set glass aside while you build the drink
  3. Measure 1.5 oz of tequila, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 1.0 oz from the pouch marked spicy passion fruit elderflower, and add to the shaker jar
  5. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime and add to the shaker jar
  6. Add about a ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar
  7. Replace the ring and cover to the shaker jar, and shake for 8-10 seconds
  8. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into ice-filled, rimmed glass
  9. Garnish with dehydrated jalapeños. 

 

Blood Orange Margarita

What you need:

  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • Pouch marked blood orange 
  • Pouch marked orange simple
  • Pouch marked lime
  • Ice for building and serving 
  • White Salt 
  • Dehydrated blood orange
  • Plates (not includes)
  • Shaker jar

How to build your cocktail:

  1. Using 2 small plates, add about ½ oz of water to the first, and salt to the second
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the water on the first plate, then the salt on the second. Set glass aside while you build the drink
  3. Measure 1.5 oz of tequila, and add to the shaker jar
  4. Measure 2.0 oz from the pouch marked blood orange, and add to the shaker jar
  5. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked orange simple, and add to the shaker jar
  6. Measure 0.5 oz from the pouch marked lime and add to the shaker jar
  7. Add about a ¼ cup of ice to the shaker jar, and shake for 8-10 seconds
  8. Remove the ring and slide the cover off the jar just enough to strain the cocktail into ice-filled, rimmed glass
  9. Garnish with a blood orange on rim of glass
