Mocktail Instructions

**PLEASE NOTE THE FRESH MIXES AND GARNISHES ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED**

Please keep all fresh items refrigerated until consumption.

 

*We have included a small red solo cup to be used as your measure.  The line near the bottom is the measure for .5 oz.  The cup full is 2 oz.  Anytime you are measuring less than 2 oz, we recommend using the measure of .5 oz to the cumulative total required for your drink.

** We recommend opening the packages using scissors if you have them available.  Please cut above the reseal line.  Once open, if resealing to use some at a later point, we recommend keeping the package upright and sealed until using again.

 

Mint Demerara Dark & Stormy 

Mint Demerara, lime ginger, bubbles 

What you will need to build your Dark & Stormy 

  • Container marked Mint 
  • Container marked ginger lime  *or one container of Ginger Lime Mint
  • Your can of soda 
  • Shaker jar 
  • Red solo-cup measure 
  • Ice to build your drink 
  • Ice to serve your drink 
  • 1 bamboo garnish skewer 
  • 2 Crystallized ginger chunks 

How to build your Dark and Stormy 

  1. Empty your container marked mint into the shaker jar (1oz) 
  2. Empty your container marked lime ginger (2oz) into the shaker jar and add to to the shaker jar *or the full pouch of Ginger Lime Mint / 3oz if you have a double portion.
  3. Add about 1/4 cup of ice to the mixing jar 
  4. Replace the cover and screw on the lid to the shaker jar 
  5. Shake cocktail for 5-8 seconds (you do not want to dilute this drink too much) 
  6. Unscrew the lid and slide the cover enough to strain the mocktail into ice filled glass 7. Top with mocktail with a bit of soda from your can
  7. Garnish with 2 crystallized ginger chunks on a bamboo garnish skewer


Rosemary Gimlet 

Bubbles, rosemary lime cordial 

What you will need to build your Rosemary Gimlet 

  • Container marked Rosemary lime 
  • Can of Soda 
  • Shaker jar 
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Ice for building your drink 
  • Mini clothespin 
  • Sprig of rosemary for garnish 

How to build your Rosemary Gimlet 

  1. Empty your rosemary lime (2oz) container into the shaker jar 
  2. Add about 1/2 cup of ice to the shaker jar 
  3. Replace the cover and screw on the lid to the shaker jar 
  4. Shake for 1-12 seconds 
  5. Unscrew the lid from the jar and slide the cover off just enough to strain the mocktail into glassware of choice (we recommend serving this straight up, in a coupe style glass) 
  6. Top your mocktail with a bit of soda from your can 
  7. Clip the rosemary sprig to the side of the glass using the mini clothespin


ELDERFLOWER WATERMELON SOUR 

elderflower, watermelon, lime, sugar, egg white 

For this cocktail, you will need the following 

  • Elderflower Watermelon container 
  • 0.5 oz of egg white 
  • Shaker jar 
  • Ice for building your cocktail 
  • Red solo cup measure 
  • Bamboo garnish 
  • Watermelon candy garnish 

How to build your cocktail 

  1. Empty the watermelon elderflower (2.5oz) container into the shaker jar 2. Empty the egg white (.5oz) container and add to the shaker jar 
  2. Replace the cover and screw the lid onto the shaker jar 
  3. Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients for as long as your arms can handle *** the more you shake the better the foam will be 
  4. Remove the lid and cover and add 1/2 cup of ice to the shaker jar 6. Replace the lid and cover back to the jar and shake for 8-10 seconds 7. Unscrew the lid and slide the cover off the jar enough to strain the mocktail into your chosen glassware (recommend serving this one straight up) 
  5. Garnish the mocktail with the watermelon candy on a bamboo garnish skewer
